Pablo SalcedoThis cheerful barman lives in Chelsea and works at La Brasserie in South Kensington. Known for his superb Negronis, Pablo Salcedo is a founding member of the ‘Open Bar’ crew and a fan of G&Ts at The Rib Room Bar in Knightsbridge. He is guided by the belief of always saying “yes”.
