Seatless 1962 Rolls-Royce for sale for £420,000
For £420,000 ($539,000 or €481,000) one would expect a car to come with a seat but a 1962 Rolls-Royce currently offered by Vintage & Prestige Fine Motor Cars currently has nothing but a wire framework.
The 1962 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II H. J. Mulliner drophead coupé was sold last in 2012 at the Gooding Auction at Pebble Beach. It was then shipped to Byrrnes Motor Trust for a full nut and bolt restoration and used as a template for a production run of twelve non-original cars.
Described as being “like a brand new Rolls-Royce being delivered sixty years late”, the car’s new owner will have the option of choosing the new interior colour and mohair roof colour.

On the contrary. The car is being trimmed in the UK allowing for the buyer to choose his colour of choice.for the hides & carpets as part of the sale price. Also we feel that for real Rolls-Royce Quality we are better served using Rolls-Royce trained trimmers to complete the interior to the required standards of excellence.
