In spite of there being enough trouble (and deaths) as a result of London being overrun by illegal – on both the pavements and the roads – electric scooters, a lesser known dangerous contraption is now becoming increasingly seen also.

Pictured above in Belgravia, a man – spotted ‘riding’ this single wheeled device on both the pavement and the road – maneuvered in and out of traffic without a care for the world. Sadly for motorists and pedestrians, an accident will soon happen. Here is another device that retailers should be banned from selling.
