James Casbolt likes to describe himself as a “supersoldier”, “a mind control victim” and “a former MI6 officer” but in reality he is simply nothing other than an outlandish crook and fantasist. Born in 1978 and from St Ives, Cornwall (though he has ridiculously claimed to have been brought up in a secret underground facility in Canada with 41 other children), Casbolt met the American heiress to the Meijer hypermarket chain, Haley Meijer, online. The couple married in 2009 and had a son but when their relationship went wrong, Casbolt posted nude pictures of his wife on the Internet and demanded £2 million from her family to remove them. Described by a judge as an “extremely dangerous and evil man”, the world became a safer place after James Casbolt – who once stated he could never be arrested as he “has diplomatic immunity” – was jailed for 12 years in July 2015.

I’ve watched his interviews before!!!!!!!!! He’s not just nutty, he is mad, bad and dangerous to know!!!!!!! He believes the metals he claims have been inserted in his body are untraceable, that he’s killed hundreds of people and that he’s seen reptilians!!!!!!

Funniest thing I’ve seen in years. How did the interviewer keep a straight face? He must be a fruit loop also.
I didn’t want to invest much time watching this madness, but I watched it to the very end, semi-mesmerized, I am embarrassed to say.

It’s utter nonsense. He even changed the year he was born. “Deranged” and “unhinged” are suitable descriptions of James Casbolt.
I lived in St Ives between 1998-2008 and knew both him and his Mother. His father was an alcoholic pot head who allowed James to smoke from an early age. He also used heroin at one time. All of his conspiracy claims are false. He lives in a parallel universe. Very worrying that so many people have been taken in by his delusions. Hope he gets help.
