Sir Elton John goes public
Normally one determined to go to any length to defend his right to privacy, father of two Sir Elton John wrote a blog for The Hill on Tuesday about public conveniences.
In the article, titled ‘North Carolina governor’s ignorance of trans identity’, Sir Elton lambasted Governor Pat McCrory in relation to his support for “the discriminatory bill requiring public school students to use restrooms for the gender they were assigned at birth”.

I wonder how male access to ladies loos,change rooms and showers will actually work? Is it sufficient for any man to enter a ladies shower by merely stating that he “self identifies as a woman?” How do the women protect themselves from the fakes and the perverts? It seems insane to me.
