The naming in Parliament of Sir Philip Green is anything but surprising; he deserves to be stripped of his knighthood
Named and shamed in Parliament by Lord Hain yesterday, Sir Philip Green’s woes are deservedly intensifying.
Though we do not agree with the anti-Semitic nature of the comments on the allegations against the retail tycoon, nobody need be surprised that suggestions of racial and sexual harassment have been made against him. As the renowned actor and playwright Steven Berkoff – himself of Jewish faith – said in this very publication, ‘Sir Shifty’ is a “cross between Shylock and Al Capone” and a repugnant specimen of humanity.

That his wife refers to herself as ‘Lady Tina Green’ is nothing but common and that his pig-like daughter has hooked up with a criminal known as the ‘Hot Felon’ is beyond ghastly, but it must also be remembered that Sir Philip once paid £60,000 to watch Jemima Khan snog Kate Moss. This ‘man’s’ activities in relation to his company’s pension fund were disgraceful and if nothing else, we call for this: It is time to strip this vile being of his knighthood.

He should not have been given the knighthood at first place but even so if he is not stripped now this would be shameful for the British honors system , it is already been derided as a result of such disgraced “knights”
Though he is vile not sure whether Hain was right to use the Lords. Interestingly, one of Shifty’s greatest fans is/was the Essex motormouth Jeff Randall…Randall was once on the S.Times and used every opportunity to promote his mate. He was constantly allowing himself to be a guest of Shifty’s. Randall, a real bullyboy seems to have distanced himself from his thuggish mate
