Robert Pattinson sells his Los Feliz Hills home
Given the fortune he made from Twilight and Harry Potter, actor Robert Pattinson’s starter home was never going to be basic. London born Pattinson, whose uncle was chairman of Coys of Kensington, bought 2666 Aberdeen Avenue from retired basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for £3.9 million ($6.275 million) in September. He lived there with his on-off actress girlfriend Kristin Stewart.

Described as “one of the first private residences built in the gentle hills above Los Feliz” and as having “historical provenance”, the 3 bedroomed house sits on a 1.5 acre terraced plot with a lagoon pool and “unmatched city views”. Built in 1922 and extending to some 4,000 square foot in size, Pattinson vacacted the house earlier this year and is said to be living in a “bachelor pad” nearby.
