  1. As a property professional, I see great potential here for long term uplift. There may development potential on parts of the land and aside from the sheer beauty and class of the house, the renovation is of a fine quality. My thoughts are that it will sell around £4.75m to £5m.

  2. The house is gorgeous, except for the kitchen, which is hideously out of character with a historic house. And when, oh when will sellers realise that breakfast bars are absolutely useless for elderly and disabled people such as my relative. It would all have to be ripped out!
    Mind you, i’d personally demolish the swimming pool and tennis court, in place of an Elizabethan knot garden, but that’s a separate issue.
