A little large for a little pensioner like me. Could I just have the fifth floor, please?
Perfect for watching supercars roar round at night!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not so perfect if you want a good night’s sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Arab central!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
£4,750 per square foot doesn’t seem that bad if you compare it to One Hyde Park where prices were as high as £7,000 per square foot. The market is decidedly down at this level but this is far better than anything on offer at this level so I think it will move.
Great for shopping at Harvey Nick’s and lunching at Zafferano but having stayed at a hotel there once it’s too noisy at night.
Badly decorated. Boring and bland.
Ridiculous price.
