Above, one finds an 800 square foot outdoor space with a built-in bar and pergola. The apartment was previously offered for sale in 2007 for £1.367 million ($1.795 million, €1.546 million or درهم6.590 million).
The penthouse at 118 Wooster Street is within a 6-storey, 13 unit building and is offered to the market by City Realty. This quiet space can be configured to your exact needs [and the roof deck offers] potential for a second-level addition.”
