As Ghislaine Maxwell faces her day of destiny at the ‘trial of the century,’ her brother ridiculously claims their pension robbing father’s “reputation was trashed beyond belief” and announces of his sister: “This time, let’s bring this ship home”
Tomorrow – Monday 29th November 2021 – will finally be mucky Ghislaine Maxwell’s ‘day of destiny.’
Present at previous hearings has often been her one of her sisters, Isabel – complete with head coverings and sunglasses to attempt to disguise herself – but her husband since 2016, Scott Borgerson, has yet to bother to put in an appearance. He was snapped late last week shopping in Manchester-on-Sea, Massachusetts and getting into a ritzy £100,000 Telsa, but when approached by a photographer ironically moaned: “Leave me alone, you’re harassing me.”
In a report on Tuesday last, the DailyMail.com’s Shawn Cohen asked: “Are they still together?” of a strangely secretive couple that Jeffrey Epstein’s alleged procurer and ex-girlfriend’s very own family knew nothing of.
Speaking to the New York Post, Ghislaine’s brother Ian Maxwell, remarked: “It’s the first time we knew of [Scott Borgerson’s] existence, when we saw his name on the bail application… [They previously maintained] the most private of lives to protect [Borgerson’s] young children. She did not want to submit her family to the publicity.”
Whether or not the 45-year old multi-millionaire former tech CEO will turn up for the trial of his ‘Mrs Robinson-like’ 59-year-old wife remains to be seen, but meanwhile Ian Maxwell carried on his PR peddling campaign by announcing:
“People have to remain anonymous because they have lost their livelihoods for supporting Ghislaine. One person was asked to step down from two board positions. We live in a world where you can be cancelled quite easily.”
“It’s incomprehensible to me that America should treat anyone like this, let alone my sister… What all this tells us is that, having lost Epstein … [authorities] are taking it out on Ghislaine. In some respects, she is paying the price for Epstein.”
“Ghislaine has always kept her private life private … we did not see or know about their friendship in any detail at all,” Ian said. “All of my siblings — except Anne who never met him — met Epstein: Once, in the case of Kevin, Philip and I, and a couple of times in the case of Christine and Isabel. All of us had a similar impression of him: intelligent but not a warm character, a little cagey even, with a low attention threshold.”
“She had a tough start in her own life, but it led to her being surprisingly independent and being her own person.”
“The idea that [Ghislaine] would be groomed to carry out these odious acts, I just can’t conceive of it… She’s just a patsy…. She had no idea Jeffrey Epstein was a paedophile… Ghislaine was arrested because are the authorities are so embarrassed they lost a man on their watch.”
“Ghislaine is convinced that she will be exonerated. If you look at the voices that have been shouting about this case, you’ve heard every voice except Ghislaine’s.”
“We’ve had a rollercoaster of a time for 50 years. Our father’s reputation was trashed beyond belief. Here, we are again fighting, fighting, fighting. This time, let’s bring this ship home.”
Clearly, Ian Maxwell has been drinking the same Kool-Aid that eventually consumed his grotesque, monstrous father and which clearly Prince Andrew’s chum has been on also.
Tomorrow, however, before Judge Alison J. Nathan, this sordid socialite’s wall-of-money and life of luxury will start to be laid bare. The cracks in Ghislaine Maxwell’s denials of the sexual antics of which she stands accused will be examined and finally, as her four accusers and those expected to testify tell their stories, the world will finally get to learn whether this woman is actually innocent or guilty.

According to a report in the ‘MailOnline’ last week, when approached in Manchester-on-Sea, Massachusetts “whined” at a photographer and stated: “Leave me alone, you’re harassing me.” Of him, a local told the paper: “Every time I see him, I give him the middle finger… But I don’t see him around much more.” In times past, prior to his wicked wife’s arrest, he seemed perfectly happy, just like her, to seek out publicity.Isabel Maxwell, just like her untrustworthy sister – a woman known for using fake names including Janet Marshall and Jen Marshall whilst on the run in 2019 amongst other things – has a penchant for attempting to disguise her face.Also facing punishment for his wicked ways is Miss Maxwell’s friend, Kevin Spacey. The actor (pictured with the alleged mucky madam above) was ordered to pay just over £23 million to MRC, the studio that made Netflix’s ‘House of Cards,’ for breaching his contract following sexual harassment allegations. Of Spacey, ‘House of Cards’ author Lord Dobbs (better known as Michael Dobbs) announced on Friday: ““I didn’t like Kevin Spacey and he didn’t like me so it was entirely mutual. Judge in Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial to be recommended for a promotion by President Biden thus giving more uncertainty to how the mucky madam’s trial will proceed; is Judge Nathan being knocked out?
In a month when the CEO of Barclays Jes Staley and the editor of the Daily Mail Geordie Greig – both once very powerful men who’ve had close associations with Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein – departed their positions just prior to the alleged mucky madam’s trial, one wouldn’t have expected any further earthquake-like ruckuses.
This, however, is a case far from normal and aside from thus far involving both President Clinton and President Trump, now President Biden is set to stick his oar in by promoting the judge in the ‘Bouncing Czech’s’ deviant daughter’s case to a higher office.
According to a report in the New York Post late last week, “U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan will be recommended for an appointment to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit” and going further of this news, the DailyMail.com confirmed: “New York senator announced he is going to recommend [this] to President Biden.”
The paper’s Melissa Koenig and Daniel Bates added: “[This sparks] concerns about possible ethical conflicts” and could pull Judge Nathan “away from a very time-consuming trial.” Such a move, if it occurs, undoubtedly will put a serious spanner in the works of this trial and would likely result in it being delayed into 2022 or beyond to allow a new judge to be put in place.
Of this latest curious development, a former friend of Ghislaine Maxwell who knew her in both London and New York who did not wish to be named last night told The Steeple Times:
“This is all so convenient and yet again it is staring to stink of ‘what Ghislaine wants, Ghislaine gets.’ She was always a woman with an ability to twist a situation to get what she wanted out of it. I suspect those infamous missing tapes from Epstein’s secret camera stash could be part of why this is now happening. It’s a disgrace that three Presidents are so willingly playing along to her tune.”
In another development yesterday, Scottsdale, Arizona based criminal defence attorney Robert Gruler, Esq. shared a video on 14:43-minute YouTube with his 128,000 subscribers discussing whether the so-called “black book” did or did not belong to Ghislaine Maxwell and whether it will be admissible during her trial.

Aside from “blowing kisses” to her sister in court last week and allegedly heading towards a plea of insanity to try and postpone her trial, Ghislaine Maxwell has yet again been playing up. Here, indeed, is an example of someone who has never considered the concept of “if you’re in a hole, you stop digging.”
Grubby grabber Ghislaine Maxwell gyrating with mate since the early 2000s Geordie Greig behind her. In September 2018, Eton and Oxford educated Greig became editor of the ‘Daily Mail’ and stories published in support of those he knows are often described as having been ‘FOGged’ (‘Friend of Geordie-ed’) and yesterday’s feature was definitely an example of such.
Predictably printed by the Mail on Sunday – a paper linked to her Daily Mail editor chum Geordie Greig and ultimately owned by the Rothermere family – alleged mucky madam Maxwell yesterday gave an “exclusive” prior to this week’s jury selection in which she clearly contradicted herself.
After pathetically bleating that she has been “abused” by prison guards “who make her life a misery,” the wicked wastrel bizarrely stated:
“I play peek-a-boo, hiding behind pillars and the guards join in. There are always smiles all round. Then I have a ‘monster move’ where I raise my hands and growl and they do it back. We laugh.”
Aside from that hardly sounding “abusive,” going further, Maxwell moaned:
“I have been assaulted and abused for almost a year and a half.”
“I have not had a nutritious meal in all that time. I haven’t slept without lights on – fluorescent lights that have damaged my eyes – or been allowed to sleep without constant interruptions.”
“I am weak, I am frail. I have no stamina. I am tired. I don’t even have shoes which fit properly. They feed me rotten food. One apple had maggots in it. I have not been allowed to exercise.”
“In my most recent court appearance, I was in leg irons for more than 12 hours and had to climb up and down stairs with my arms and legs shackled to my waist. My ankles are raw.”
“I was given a pat-down so aggressive and violent, my underwear found itself in a place it doesn’t belong. The first underwear they gave me were enormous granny pants. You could have put five of me in them. I’ll spare you descriptions of the stains.”
“When I pick up the phone to make a – perfectly legitimate – call, the guards rush towards me with such speed it leaves them breathless. They report on everything I do – in real time.”
“I’ve been given food so over-nuked it looked like Chernobyl after the nuclear fallout. The salads are wilted with mould, an apple had maggots, they gave me a black soggy banana. There was bread so wet, water came out when you squeezed it.”
“I used to take a shower every day but I’ve stopped because of the creepy guards who stand close and stare at me the whole time.”
“I used to go to the loo with an open sewer drain and a friendly rat would regularly visit. I told the guards, but nothing was done until the rat popped out and charged a guard, who screamed in terror. Finally, the sewer drain was covered.”
Speaking more generally, the associate of Prince Andrew and the croaked paedophile Jeffrey Epstein added:
“I give a five-day meal plan for $10 [£7.50], but post-pandemic I had to increase it to $15. Guards from out of town ask for tips which include where to get the best pizza, my favourite food carts. They ask me what I’m reading and I share my favourite books.”
“They were impressed when I cut my hair with nail clippers and it was somewhat straight. I only had a 3in by 5in mirror. They rewarded me with paper scissors and suggested I might want to open a salon.”
“Being tagged a ‘socialite’ feels derogatory and sexist, designed to paint me in a negative light. I’ve worked my entire life, starting with part-time jobs when I was 15. No man who had a similar professional career would be called a socialite. I’m overwhelmed by feelings of sadness and shock at the grotesque and untrue narratives that are total fabrication and bear no resemblance to reality.”
“I’m terrified the overwhelmingly negative coverage will poison my jury pool and affect the outcome of my trial, despite the evidence which I feel confident will prove my innocence. I look forward to having my day in court to prove I played no part in Epstein’s crimes. I am innocent.”
Elsewhere in the paper, providing further evidence as to why she has quite rightly repeatedly been denied bail, “decorated former Paratrooper” turned “security expert” Matt Hellyer declared that he had been hired by his friend Kevin Maxwell “within hours of [Jeffrey] Epstein’s death” to “put the world off the scent.”
Of this use of the ‘distraction technique,’ Hellyer remarkably claimed:
“We went to an agency in France. A security collaborating agency. They found us two people who resembled Ghislaine and her brother Kevin.”
“They strolled in Paris for a couple of days and we leaked it to a newspaper. That is how we distracted the attention away from where Ghislaine really was. She was in the US at all times.”
“Ghislaine was not running from the authorities, she was running from the media. And, you know, many people don’t believe Epstein killed himself. So, we were also hired to protect her from a potential killer.”
“Our assignment was to get her out of her home within 12 hours of Epstein’s death. She was worried about Scott’s kids. She didn’t want the cameras around them or anything to happen that could affect their lives. I told her we could fly her out of the country immediately. She refused.”
“She did exactly what she was told by us. She did not run from the authorities like some have claimed.”
Quoting another source, the Mail on Sunday concluded:
“Everyone loved the Paris sighting… Sometimes it’s a matter of giving the people what they want. The sighting kept everyone happy for a while and sent the dogs barking down the wrong trail. She never left America.”

Examples of rotten-to-her-core Ghislaine Maxwell’s deviancy
Previous bail applications on the part of “wannabe insane” Maxwell have been denied for various reasons and amongst the evidence that suggests she’s as trustworthy as Pinocchio are:
The croaked paedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s ex-bestie used invented names whilst on the run in the summer of 2019 including Jennifer Marshall and Jen Marshall.
Maxwell’s purchase of a house ironically called ‘Tuckedaway’ is indicative of her clearly giving the justice system the proverbial middle finger. Whilst living there, she “demonstrated willingness and sophisticated ability to live in hiding,” according to prosecutors.
When arrested, Maxwell was discovered along with a “security company staffed with former members of the British military guard” whom had been hired by her brother.
Of her antics during her arrest, the FBI declared: “[She made] a seemingly misguided effort to evade detection… by law enforcement.”
Of why they decided to hold her in custody, Audrey Strauss, the acting U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York declared: “The government respectfully submits that the defendant cannot meet her burden of overcoming the statutory presumption in favour of detention. There are no conditions of bail that would assure the defendant’s presence in court proceedings in this case. Accordingly, any application for bail should be denied.”
When asked by the FBI which countries she was a citizen of, supposedly insane Maxwell arrogantly replied: “[I am a citizen of] TerraMar.” TerraMar is a non-existent place.
Maxwell is a citizen of three countries: The United Kingdom, France and the United States of America. After her arrest, prosecutors pointed out France “does not extradite its citizens to the United States pursuant to French law.”
She also has strong connections with Israel and her equally deviant father is buried there on the Mount of Olives.
The 95-page address book – generally incorrectly referenced as Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘little black book’ – compiled by Maxwell and filled with countless friends of hers. It totals 1,971 individual names and provides clear indication of her ties and connections to powerful people across the globe.
Maxwell has huge cash resources and has previously cited the ability to offer up £21.1 million ($28.5 million, €24.6 million or درهم7 million) and likely has other funds that have not yet even been declared.
Maxwell has the qualifications and ability to pilot submarines and aside from that and her husband Scott Borgerson’s maritime connections, the pair have links to plenty of wealthy people who could speed the alleged mucky madam away in a covert fashion using such vessels.
Mr Borgerson claimed to be “an ex-military man” during the time the couple were purchasing ‘Tuckedaway’ and was previously in the U.S. Coast Guard. It is obvious that such skills would be useful to his wife if she were to go on the run.
Maxwell appeared in a photoshopped image released to the press by an associate in August 2019. The image featured a bus stop with an advert that had never been shown at that location.
The Maxwell family have hired body doubles to try and deceive the media and authorities as to rotten-to-her-core Ghislaine Maxwell’s location.
Maxwell did not even tell her own family she had been married to Scott Borgerson since 2016 prior to her arrest.
Maxwell’s lawyer’s release of the image of her with a black eye – which they claimed to have been caused by abuse by guards – turned out to be an example of fake news. She had actually simply suffered from an eye infection.
Of Maxwell, her very own friend Lady Victoria Hervey once tellingly declared: “I don’t think anyone is going to find her. She’s gone far away. She’s a bit like a James Bond character. She’s quite a unique person and I don’t believe anyone is going to find her… I don’t think we will ever see her again, it’s going to be like Robert Maxwell continued; she will continue that family mystery.”
Judge Nathan has previously declared of Robert Maxwell’s daughter: “[There are] no combination of conditions that can reasonably assure her appearance [if she is granted bail].”
Rotten Maxwell – Ghislaine Maxwell’s interview was met with mockery after it was shared on YouTube. Of it, one commentator remarked: “Pity she did not feel the same sorrow for the innocent children she helped abuse.” Another added: “Boo hoo. Get used to it.”
Author Kirby Sommers starts a petition suggesting “nobody should be above the law” in the context of the Prince Andrew v Virginia Giuffre civil case
As we’ve said before, Kirby Sommers – the author of Ghislaine Maxwell: An Unauthorized Biography – is a crusading force and now, this weekend, she’s started a Change.org petition regarding the civil case between Virginia Giuffre and Prince Andrew.
Focusing her efforts this time on the suggestion that “nobody should be above the law,” not even the son of the Queen, Sommers quite rightly asks the judge in the case, Lewis Kaplan, to allow the course of justice to run rather than being dismissed.
The photograph taken at the home of Ghislaine Maxwell featuring Virginia Giuffre – then known as Virginia Roberts – with Prince Andrew on 10th March 2001 has never been proven to be anything but genuine. Even, the alleged mucky madam’s brother, Ian, has described the setting of the image as “genuine.”
During Prince Andrew’s disastrous BBC interview with Emily Maitlis, he denied having even having met Roberts in spite of the fact that said photograph clearly showed to the contrary.
In addition, the duke’s claim that he did not go to Tramp nightclub that night and danced with the then Miss Roberts has been called into question by an independent witness, Shukri Walker.
Going further, if the non-sweating, Pizza Express loving royal would like to see this legal matter properly cleared up to the satisfaction of his alleged victim, himself and the general public also, he should face upto it rather than behaving like a guffawing, petulant child.

On Twitter also on Saturday, Kirby Sommers also stated: “For those of you who do not know. Human trafficking is illegal no matter the age of the person. Sexual human trafficking is illegal. Again, no matter the age of the person. The only way Virginia had to sue Prince Andrew as the Child Victims Act.”
The Duke of York’s November 2019 BBC interview with Emily Maitlis about the allegations against him concerning his friendship with croaked paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and alleged mucky madam Ghislaine Maxwell resulted in him becoming both a laughing stock and the loss of his royal roles. It brought shame on his family and turned him into an international embarrassment whose ability to be honest quite deservedly has been repeatedly questioned.

The late Terry Lubbock deserves to be remembered and recognised for his campaign for justice for his raped and murdered son Stuart
Terry Lubbock, whom tragically died on Wednesday after a long battle with terminal cancer, was a fearless campaigner, but also a man cheated of justice in the case of the rape and murder of his son, Stuart, at the then home of Michael Barrymore on 31st March 2001.
Stuart Lubbock, a victim of an unsolved to this day rape and murder at the bungalow home of Michael Barrymore, on the day of his marriage to Sue Homan.Michael Barrymore took to Twitter just hours after the death of the father of the victim of murder and rape at his then home, 4 Beaumont Park Drive, Roydon, Harlow, Essex, CM19 5HB, finally succumbed to his battle with terminal cancer. His tweet was quite rightly condemned, yet calls for him to say something appropriate instead were completely ignored by him.
Speaking of the late 76-year-old to the Mirror, Mr Lubbock’s friend and publicist Harry Cichy remarked:
“You don’t come across many people like Terry Lubbock. His tenacity and determination were incredible. He looked like a mild-mannered man, but he had the heart of a lion.”
“I knew him for 16 years. He thought about Stuart every waking hour, seven days a week.”
“He’s died sad, because he’s died knowing people never knew the truth about what happened. But no-one could have fought harder for their son.”
“A new inquest was what really mattered to him. He had lost faith in the police. Sadly, he’s died not knowing whether there will be another inquest.”
Meanwhile elsewhere, just hours after Mr Lubbock’s passing was announced, the one-time associate of the paedophile Sir Jimmy Savile and long since disgraced entertainer Michael Barrymore took to Twitter. Callously and piling further misery on the Lubbock family, he announced: “Do what you want in life. X.”
Today, in memory of both Stuart and Terry Lubbock, we again say shame on him and call on this reprehensible individual and the others present on that fateful night to do the right thing: Attend Essex Police and finally tell the truth.

Barrymore later lied to a coroner’s court about facilitating drug taking at his house on the night in question also.
Barrymore claimed to have been first to have discovered the body of Stuart Lubbock at 5.45am, called his manager Mike Brown before the ambulance arrived and then left the premises. He admits that was “wrong” and also bizarrely told Piers Morgan that in spite of “knowing others were hiding secrets about what happened to Mr. Lubbock” that “I am not going to say their names. I just hope they are brave enough to come forward one day.”

Kelly Campbell – Had met Michael Barrymore for the first time on the night of the incident. Claimed not to have been aware of what happened.
James Futters (sometimes spelt ‘Futers’) – A paper boy turned chef. Described as “a local from the village” and a “friend and neighbour of Barrymore.” Claimed to have been the first to discover the body with Simon Shaw and stated: “[It was not] Michael Barrymore and not Jonathan Kenney [who found him].” Later, of him the Evening Standard reported: “Barrymore offered James Futters a white powder on his finger saying: ‘Do you want to try this?’ Mr Futters told the inquest that he leaned forward and licked the powder.”
Claire Jones – Then aged 17. Had met Michael Barrymore for the first time on the night of the incident. Claimed not to have been aware of what happened but told the police that she “saw Barrymore rummaging through drawers and changing his clothes before police arrived. When he left the house, he had a ‘bundle of material’ under his arm,” according to the Evening Standard. “She added: ‘Jonathan (Kenney) was rushing through the bungalow before the ambulance and police arrived. I got the impression he was hiding something.’”
Jonathan Kenney – Estate agent, drag queen and Michael Barrymore’s then lover; later arrested on suspicion of murder but never charged; known for having a “record of violence.” Claimed to have been the first to have discovered the body and is now aged 50.
Justin Merritt – A dustman from Essex. Later arrested on suspicion of murder but never charged. Later paid £30,000 by the News of the World for an interview in which he stated Barrymore had “rubbed cocaine on Stuart Lubbock’s lips shortly before he died.”
Kylie Merritt – Sister of Justin Merritt. She also alleged Barrymore “rubbed cocaine on Stuart Lubbock’s lips shortly before he died” (curiously in the wake of her brother selling his account of the night).
Simon Shaw – Described as “a local from the village.” Michael Barrymore supposedly “ran off” to Mr. Shaw’s house to “buy himself thinking time [for two hours] before he was questioned by the police [at 7.49am].”
In addition, others, who’ve never been identified could also have possibly been present. If they were, they should come forward or be named by those listed above.

It is abhorrent in my opinion that no one in the Standards Committee thought that a recall petition should be called, because I’m pretty sure Robert’s constituents would want to have a say when it comes to deciding the future of their MP who can’t restrain himself from childish and creepy behaviour.

Frankly, as the victim’s father Terry Lubbock faces death from terminal cancer, this development yet again brings to light the fact of the matter. Nine people were present at the Roydon, Essex bungalow on the night of the murder. One of them died and they died at the hands of one of the five other men present. It is jolly well time that the reprehensible lot of them told the truth and it is jolly well time for justice for Stuart Lubbock.

“Terry Lubbock, 76, is yearning for closure after prosecutors confirmed they were giving ‘early advice’ to police in relation to a man, 50, held on suspicion of murder and sexual assault in March.”
Speaking to Warburton from the care home where he now resides, the victim’s father, terminal cancer sufferer Terry Lubbock, stated:
“The police are pretty much there with the case. They haven’t cracked it just yet. But I hope it will come by Christmas. We will see justice done and it will be the best Christmas ever if it comes true. If it happens that will really spread some festive cheer.”
“I think the penny’s dropped now. The people who are hiding – and they know who they are – know we are pushing until there’s nothing left to give.”
“I may be going down. My legs are gone and I struggle to walk. And my head’s going, which I really don’t want to lose.”
“But I’m not going down without a fight. I will spend my last days pushing. It’s disgraceful that it has dragged on so long. But I am sure it will be over soon.”
Now, today, we join those demanding: “Michael Barrymore and your party chums – it’s time for some honest answers. Do the right thing and help get justice for the father of this innocent victim of rape and murder.”

One or more of those party-goers are responsible for that serious sexual assault on Stuart Lubbock. We remain committed to this investigation and continue to appeal for information leading to arrest and conviction in relation to the rape and murder of Stuart Lubbock. Nine people went to the party at Michael Barrymore’s house, but only one of them – Stuart – ended up being violently sexually assaulted and murdered. We know not everyone at that party was responsible for what happened, but someone was. We also know that not everyone at that party may know what happened, but someone does.”
