This week as my Wine of the Week I have chosen a Les Belles Côtes Sancerre Roger Et Didier Raimbault 2012. It is a beautifully fresh wine featuring intense aromas that comes from ripe Sauvignon blanc.
Best served at 8 to 10°C, this is a wine to enjoy with white meat or fish. It is equally a wine to enjoy on a terrace on a spring day.
