As the days get longer and the sun attempts to raise its head, the thoughts of many turns to drinking rosé and this week I select an affordable offering, Chic Rosé “Saint-Tropez” 2013.
This wine from the Saint-Tropez peninsula has a soft pink tint in terms of colour and is a blend of garrigue, grapefruit and peach scents. It has a rich, full-bodied flavour and declicious notes of white-flesh fruit. It is, as its name suggests, so chic for the summer and I can offer it at a special price of £9.99 per bottle (£59.94 per six bottle case). Delivery is free on orders of two or more cases within the M25.
