Situated in the heart of Meursault, the Domaine du Cerberon is just 7 acres in size and has been in the same family for over 150 years. It is a fine vineyard and Citreola Cellars are one of just a handful of merchants selling their wines.
Considered one to watch, this week’s selection is a 2009 Mersault Vireuils that is smooth and well balanced. It has a light note of apricot and vanilla and will go well with an amuse bouche or veal scallops.
