Raising a toast to World Gin Day with VII Hills gin at La Brasserie
Created to honour Steven Berkoff’s debut novel, Sod the Bitches!, and served at his launch party for it last month, barman Alex Flores’ cocktail is on special offer at La Brasserie on Saturday 13th June in honour of World Gin Day.
Made with VII Hills London Dry Gin, sweet wine, lemon juice, elderflower, asparagus, sorrel and passion fruit, this unusual concoction will be priced at just £8.50 throughout the day and of it Steven Berkoff himself commented: “I am of course a devoted fan of that most elegant and strangely delicious veg and thus this drink”.
