La Brasserie celebrates London Fashion Week and the Gin Festival with a new cocktail named ‘Model Behaviour’
London Fashion Week is once again upon us and alongside stick insect like models and the arrival of Anna Wintour in London, South Kensington is thronging with women named Alexa, Cara and Kate. At La Brasserie, to mark this twice yearly event, bartender Alex Flores has created a new cocktail named ‘Model Behaviour’.
Featuring Bombay Sapphire gin – in honour of another event occurring currently named the Gin Festival – the drink also includes pear liqueur, Angostura Bitters, rose syrup, champagne and a twist of lemon and coriander.

La Brasserie invites readers of ‘The Steeple Times’ to their third inter-bar cocktail competition on Sunday 12th April. Entries will be judged by Nancy Dell’Olio, John Paul Murphy, Lyndon Ogbourne, Lettice Rowbotham and Matthew Steeples
This drink is definitely naughty but it’s also rather nice. Fashionistas will be suitably refreshed after drinking one Model Behaviour. After two they’ll be under the catwalk.
