Putney based Shawn Sullivan fled America after being accused of abusing two girls aged 11 and 14 in the 1990s. He was subsequently convicted of sexually assaulting two 12 year old girls in Ireland in 1997 but then moved to London on an Irish passport. Sullivan then married a Ministry of Justice policy manager named Sarah Smith and after fighting extradition to the US claiming it would be a “flagrant denial” of his rights, has lived freely in the UK ever since. Of this monster, a neighbour remarked: “It is a pathetic joke and makes a mockery of the British justice system. He should be extradited and made to pay for his crimes. He manipulated and cheated girls out of their innocence… It is a disgrace and I fear for any children he will come across in the future.” Shame on our bankrupt lawmakers for continuing to protect this repugnant paedophile.

This is the most disgusting thing I’ve read in ages. How did Theresa May allow this to happen? I wonder what this evil man has been upto in recent times. Does he work? I hope he has no interaction with any children – wherever he is.

I have a sister living in Putney with girls aged 11 and 13. I am very upset to read this as I do not want this monster to get anywhere near them. He should be made to walk around with a sign on his front so people can avoid him. Disgusted by this news.
This is most unfair. Like Rolf Harris this man could be innocent and these girls likely liars. Many girls make these kind of things up for attention. He should be left to get on with his life and I am glad the High Court took his side. Rolf Harris is owed an apology by Steeples Times and you ought to make one to Shawn Sullivan too —- immediately.

As for this Sullivan character he needs bringing to justice and let the law decide if his victims are liars or not. At last, for god knows how long, you have been telling everybody on the forum, that Rolf Harris is 100% innocent, and all his victims were liars just after his money. Now you say he only COULD be innocent. Maybe you should change your name to, Rolf Harris COULD be innocent, and talk some sense with some actual evidence, people then may take some notice.
