A website that helps you complain more effectively
Some people whinge when things go wrong. Others do something about it. Some might consider the name a trifle aggressive but The Complaining Cow does exactly what she says on the tin and she “wins”. For that reason, after coming across the founder Helen on Twitter, we’ve chosen her website as our Website of the Week.
This is a site where you can learn tips about how to make your letters of complaint work and where you can see a “hall of blame” of the worst offenders that The Cow’s encountered. We’d like to see a few more independent firms listed rather than just multi-national giants but we truly commend the simple and clear display of information and suggestions.
