The Steeple Times echoes the Evening Standard and Gina Miller’s Remain United and urges voters to back the Liberal Democrats today

“We wish them well” said former Tory chancellor George Osborne’s Evening Standard of the Liberal Democrats prospects in the European Parliamentary Elections yesterday.

 

Elsewhere, Gina Miller’s Remain United has urged those able to vote to back the Liberal Democrats in London also and now today The Steeple Times echoes this sentiment in spite of previously only endorsing Lord Buckethead as a candidate (regretably he decided not to stand against Nigel Farage it seems).

 

Sadly, Change UK – formerly and more suitably known as the Tiggers – have failed to deliver and they and the Greens have proven themselves nothing but selfish in not uniting with Sir Vince Cable’s party. Those of us who want to stop Brexit have thus been let down and we can only hope Remainers across the land follow our advice and do what’s Best For Britain.

  1. Can anyone real feel intelligent wasting a vote on the most ineffectual political party ever to have disgraced the UK’s political scene. The Lib Dems steadfastly refused to return a massive donation from Michael Brown, a convicted fraudster who stole £8m and now lives under an assumed name in the Dominican Republic. Their new leader is about 16 and her life experience? PR for a local radio station. As for Osborne he has found his metier…editing a free sheet for a bizarre young Russian whose papa was a KGB spy
