The 19th century Lewis Vullimay designed mansion includes only around 24,000 square foot of accommodation, but also benefits from a sports hall, swimming pool, tennis court, floodlit riding school and practice polo ground.

In the time since, it has been bottled and marketed as Alderley Cotswold Natural Spring Water – the only Cotswold drawn bottled spring water on the market. It is described as being “high in calcium, low in sodium” on the website marketing it.
