Tesco place a “Back to School” banner above an alcohol display in Swansea
Shoppers at Tesco in Fforestfach, Wales were controversially confronted by a display of gin, vodka and whisky complete with a “Back to School” sign in recent days.

Posted on Twitter by a user named James Davies, the revelation at least attracted an honest response from Tesco. A for the supermarket spokesman commented:

Perhaps Tesco are catering for a new market, the schools of scoundrels, with discipline in government schools at a all time low, with juvenile delinquency on the increase, it is a sound lucrative market indeed. Return the Headmasters cane.
