Winning gin

Matthew Steeples of ‘The Steeple Times’ joins the judging panel of the No. 3 London Dry Gin 2013 competition Last week, I was invited to sit on a panel that many of my friends would envy a position on by Berry Bros. & Rudd. I was asked to judge gin cocktails.

Our founder, Matthew Steeples – whom was involved in introducing Martin Miller to the first US distributors of his wonderful gin – joins with all at The Steeple Times in raising a G&T to Martin Miller, his widow, Ioana Beju Miller, and his five daughters. There most certainly won’t be another quite like him and Martin will indeed forever be remembered for vastly improving the lives of those of us who truly love gin.
