Chris Huhne appointed chairman of Zilkha Biomass
We’re used to hearing about people lying on their CVs but it seems Chris Huhne, the ex Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, has decided to neglect to mention his stint at Her Majesty’s Pleasure in the biographical details he gives for his latest appointment as chairman of Zilkha Biomas.
Perhaps Mr Huhne thinks that people will forget that he repeatedly lied and perverted the course of justice but we at The Steeple Times most certainly won’t. Huhne is supposedly on a £100,000 a year salary for a role working just two days per week. Who said crime doesn’t pay?
