Keith Vaz’s disgrace is deserved – but it is his connections that should be remembered
Married Member of Parliament Keith Vaz got caught hiring rent boys and the media are all in a frenzy. What most forget, however, is that repugnant man was a “dear friend” of Lord Janner and that he spoke up in support of this deceased – yet wrongly never prosecuted – paedophile.
Yesterday, Vaz – an individual previously also linked to scandals involving the Hinduja brothers and suspended from the House of Commons for making false allegations against a former policewoman – returned to Westminster as if nothing happened to ask a question about Britons going off to fight for ISIS in Syria. In doing so, he made clear he believes he’s yet again done nothing wrong and yet again only illustrated his arrogance more clearly.

A truly contemptuous creep, Keith Vaz personifies all that is wrong about politicians. He must step down and his tombstone should be eternally linked to the scandal of historic VIP abuse rather than just a bonk with a couple of male whores.

Repellant, toxic reptile…………
That is why I believe the victims of Elm and Dolphin House, old habits don’t die, and our politician are still at it.
Why Keith Vaz must resign as MP. A politician must lead by example and at least practise what he preaches, how can he hold others to account when his own behaviour is inappropriate and irresponsible, how can Vaz expect teachers, nurses and prison officers and police to behave responsible and maintain standards when he fails to do so.
