Reduced in price from £20 million ($25.3 million, €23.4 million or درهم93 million) to £17.95 million ($22.7 million, €21 million or درهم83.3 million), a flat for sale in Ambika House in Portland Place is described as “arguably one of the best penthouses in London”. Situated opposite the BBC, the 7,355 square foot apartment was the scene of the suicide of its then owner, businessman and film producer Angad Paul, on 8th November 2015.
