The undisputed king of gin. Martin Miller didn’t like the gins he tried and so created his own, Martin Miller’s Gin. It is wonderful. This father of five and husband of Ioana Beju was also the genius behind Miller’s Antiques Guides and a brilliant hotelier. He enjoyed life to the full in true Dickensian style and truly knew how to put on a party.

Never heard of Miller’s gin but value his antiques guides.
Matthew, totally agree with your summary of Martin Miller. I have not seen Martin for years and doubt he would even know who I am if I did see him again. However, I do remember him as a flamboyant, charming and generous host. We need more characters like Martin.
We really miss Miller’s Academy in Notting Hill , Martin and Ioana had very interesting and fun evenings there for a few years.
