The 7th Baron Mostyn was born in 1984 and was said to be worth some £50 million ($85 million) by The Sunday Times in 2014. Arsenal supporter and Durham University graduate Lord Mostyn speaks Japanese and owns vast swathes of North Wales. Of appearing on a rich list, he once commented: “Things like that in the rich list it’s a nice thing I guess but I don’t really pay too much attention to it because the history behind the estate matters more. It’s an honour and a duty for me to do my bit for the town [of Llandudno]. That’s the most important thing”.
