Gourmet popcorn entrepreneur Cassandra Stavrou is based in Barnet, North London and counted Google as her first customer. A winner at the 2016 Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year Awards, Stavrou and her co-founder, Ryan Kohn, launched PROPERCORN in 2011 and made annual sales of 36 million bags totalling £9 million per year in 2015. Surprisingly, she has just 5 followers on Twitter.
