Rare coachbuilt, one owner from new 1978 Austin Mini Clubman by Wood & Pickett to be auctioned; aspiring Sloanes should most definitely put in their bids
A 1978 Austin Mini Clubman by coachbuilders Wood & Pickett is to be auctioned at the Silverstone Auctions NEC Classic Motor Show sale on 14th to 15th November with a guide of £12,000 to £12,500.



Purchased and kept in Jersey from new, apart from a brief trip to London for conversion by Wood & Pickett, the car on offer is finished in Rolls Royce Metallic Caribbean Blue with a blue leather and velour interior. It features such luxuries as electric windows, electrically adjustable door mirrors, a leather trimmed Wood & Pickett 14” steering wheel in dark blue and thick blue carpets. It has covered 29,000 miles and would make for a perfect about-town car for any aspiring Sloane.
