Minute 1-bedroom Knightsbridge mews house comes to the market for an astounding £3.75 million
A bizarrely decorated 1,196 square foot mews house in Clabon Mews, Knightsbridge has been put up for sale for £3.75 million ($5.7 million, €5.2 million) despite having just one bedroom and being anything but neutrally decorated.

With an extraordinarily colourful interior by the “Argentinean, French, Swedish and Swiss national” Federica Palacios, the house – which is aptly named “Tutti Frutti” – 27 Clabon Mews is spread over three levels and includes a garage, a reception room, a small kitchen, a bedroom and both a bathroom and a shower room.

It has a wasteful layout. Kitchen and utility room could be merged to make one larger room and if the first floor were better organised, you could get a small second bedroom in with a new layout. It’d then be a proper house rather than a 1 bedroom so probably worth more.
This is nearly as ridiculously priced as the council flat you featured but at least it is freehold. The decorator is obviously a woman who loves colour. She must be a happy sort.
Very Austin Powers!!!!!!! Yeah baby!!!!!!1
What a waste of a prime bit of real estate. So much for trying to appeal to a wide market! I’d have my white paint at the ready
