Both Jeremy Clarkson and Zayn Malik trended on Twitter this week; both now have a chance for quiet reflection and pub time
In the wake of his sacking, Jeremy Clarkson has the opportunity for a period of reflection before he embarks on a career elsewhere. Frankly, though, Clarkson, being Clarkson, is simply more likely to head off to the pub.
Equally, having quit in the hope of living a “normal” life, Zayn Malik is probably craving a drink or two and our Picture of the Week – shared on Facebook – sums up the feelings of many about this duo. In it is an image of the former Top Gear presenter alongside another of the ex-One Direction star. Both are busily texting and the image’s caption of “Pub?” and “Pub” about sum up the thoughts of many about the media frenzy that has engulfed this pair.

The beauty of the sacking of the fool Clarkson is that in a year or mores time nobody will have heard of him, and he will be of the scene for ever & ever & ever & ever! Oh the bliss the bliss.
