The Tout on Goodwood
The summer of sport continues to throw up high class fare and today is no exception as at 3.05pm there is a mouthwatering clash on the Sussex Downs at Goodwood when Kingman, winner of The 2000 Guineas and The St James’s Palace Stakes at Ascot, takes on Toronado who won this last year.
You may remember that we were on Toronado to beat Dawn Approach last year in this same race and we backed Kingman who was such a facile winner at Ascot.

Today, The Tout suggests opposing the odds on Kingman and for one reason only, which is that, the ground is fast and that will favour Toronado. Kingman is odds on and Toronado is available at 9/4.
Later on, at 4.15pm, back Shahah to win The Maiden under Frankie Dettori. The Tout has his sun cream on and is heading up to The Downs to fill his wallet.
