Her clients are said to have numbered everyone from Rex Harrison to Marlon Brando and Muammar Gaddafi to John F. Kennedy and Aristotle Onassis. Of her, Taki Theodoracopulos commented: “Going to a hooker wasn’t frowned upon in the days before the pill” whilst the journalist Dany Jucaud added: “She was vicious… She reduced the entire world to rich men wanting sex and poor men wanting money”.
