This New York based philanthropist married the grandson of Advance Publications founder Samuel I. Newhouse, Sr. (1895 – 1979) in 1988. Together with her husband, Michael, this mother of two is a graduate of Tufts University and also holds an MBA from Northeastern University. As the co-founder of Dress Your Guests LLC, Elyse Newhouse shares her experiences as a party organiser with her clients and in 2012 was honoured as a “Woman of Influence in Philanthropy” by the UJA Federation of New York.
