Monster of the Moment – John Goodier (AKA ‘Claire Goodier’)

Trans paedophile turned deviant dog abuser Claire Goodier deservedly jailed for having group sex with an Alsatian whilst high on cocaine; the case echoes that of the 2017 conviction of the perverted pensioner Carol Bowditch – a woman with a ‘passion’ for St Bernards

In April 2017, The Steeple Times featured the story of the much deserved “humiliation” of a perverted pensioner from Evedon, Lincolnshire named Carol Bowditch after she was caught having penetrative vaginal sex with a St Bernard, a black Labrador and an Alsatian.

In September 2019, we followed up with the story of another dog rapist, the exotically monikered Hansel Marion DeBartolo III (AKA ‘Sexy Vegan’), after this self-professed “vegan messiah” followed up an appearance on the Dr Phil show with an online video in which he disgustingly “performed an act of bestiality” on a pit bull terrier. His shocked mother unsurprsingly responded: “[He’s] a sociopathic piece of crap.”

Now, this morning, with the MailOnline reporting on the case of a 60-year-old “paedophile who identifies as female” being jailed for 20 months for having group sex in Bournemouth with an Alsatian we can complete what quite frankly is one of the twisted trios humanity must ever have come across.

Reported on by a journalist named Dan Sales for the paper, the repugnantly revolting actions of John Goodier – whom “was listed under a male name but with a note added to be addressed in the hearing as Claire” – were set out before Chester Crown Court at sentencing yesterday before the “sobbing” sodomite was sent down.

Convicted of possessing indecent images of children in 2006 and 2009, this serial offender had previously been “astonishingly lucky” to avoid jail in the past according to Judge Steven Everett, but was yesterday condemned as “despicable, disgusting and depraved.”

In July 2019, according to prosecutor Paulinus Barnes, a routine check by police on Goodier’s home due to her being on the sex offenders’ register for life, resulted in the discovered of a laptop containing 31 indecent images of sex acts with an Alsatian breed of dog.

    Of these, Mr Barnes remarked:

“She admitted possession of the images. She said she had fantasised about it for a number of years and after talking about it with people in Northwich, was put in touch with others in Bournemouth. She travelled down there in December 2018 and took part in the sex act with other people and the Alsatian dog.”

Summing up and not accepting Goodier’s laughable defence that she was “frank and honest” and working towards an “improvement in her attitude and approach,” Judge Everett slammed this clearly insane individual’s vile actions. Of her, he concluded:

“You are a long, long way from changing your life. You deceitfully took part in a cocaine-fuelled incident with other persons.”

“Since the terrible offence took place you kept the images unashamedly for your own sexual gratification.”

“In the middle of all this, you failed to comply with the terms of an order, which some might say is a minor breach, but it’s not for the first time.”

“Your record is appalling and it could be said you were astonishingly lucky not to go to prison previously. A message must go out that if you commit such disgusting behaviour then you must go to prison.”

Though a clearly anything but remorseful Goodier will now serve 20 months, be subject to a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and yet again be forced to sign the Sex Offenders’ Register, no mention was made of the fate of the poor, buggered Alsatian or what had been done about the equally sadistic others that took part in the Bournemouth incident.

    John Goodier dog abuser
According to the ‘MailOnline’: “A Sexual Harm Prevention Order is under [Goodier’s] new name, but it is not clear whether she will serve time in [a] men’s or [a] women’s prison.” Frankly, however, what truly matters is that this repugnant specimen is kept well away from the guard dogs of any prison she is held in.
    Carol Bowditch dog abuser
On conviction for having penetrative vaginal and oral sex with a St Bernard, a black Labrador and an Alsatian in April 2017, when she was surprisingly spared jail, Carol Bowditch ludicrously declared: “I was unaware it was illegal.” She was given a community order with 12 months supervision and a 16-week night-time curfew” by Judge Michael Heath. Of her, he quite rationally concluded: “I am told that you have received public humiliation as a result of the publicity that this case has attracted. That does not surprise me.”
Hansel Marion DeBartolo III Sexy Vegan Dr Phil dog abuser
Californian freak with a desire to be president Hansel Marion DeBartolo III (AKA ‘Sexy Vegan’) is known for appearing on the ‘Dr Phil’ show. He’s also known for comparing himself to an “exotic Lamborghini SV” and filming himself raping dogs. He once declared: “Do what you do as long as you are not harming anyone, animals and insects too,” but clearly did not apply such a sentiment to his own sexual antics. He should be kept away from zoos and pet shops forever.
In July 2018, Isaac Butterfield told his 1.75 million followers on YouTube that he thought ‘Sexy Vegan’ was “skinny, loud and obnoxious.” He went on to add of this self-declared “vegan messiah”: “Please don’t f**king procreate ever!” We join the countless millions echoing these sentiments and suggest instead that Hansel Marion DeBartolo III be locked up for the safety of himself (and innocent animals everywhere).

Heroine of the Hour 2021 – Pauline Bridge

82-year-old granny Pauline Bridge gets up at 5am daily to deliver newspapers on her bicycle; she’s quite the contrast to bicycling pensioner and funeral crasher Theresa Doyle

In September 2017, we featured a pitiful pensioner exposed for bicycling to funerals and their subsequent wakes with Tupperware boxes to raid buffet tables. At the time, Theresa Doyle’s atrocious antics were quite rightly slammed as “shameless,” but today we can share the story of an all-together better granny on a bike.

Lauded as “Super Gran” in The Sun this morning, grandma of six Pauline Bridge gets up at 5am six days per week to deliver newspapers on her bicycle.

Pauline Bridge, 82, took over the round, which encompasses 32 houses in Southampton, Hampshire from her grandchildren ten years ago and reckons to have covered around 5,000 miles on her 40-year-old bicycle.

Cheerfully, of why she does it, this spirited lady stated she aims to carry on until she turns 90 and remarked:

“I love it and I find it keeps me fit. I start at half six and it’s about a mile and a half. I deliver to 32 houses. I cycle every day, I always cycle.”

Of her, one of her granddaughters, Megan, 17, added:

“She gets up so early every day, Monday to Saturday without fail, in all weather conditions.”

“We can’t believe what she is still achieving and she puts us youngsters to shame. She is an amazing mum and grandma – and we are all very proud of her.”

Heroine of the Hour 2021 – Pauline Bridge: Granny papergirl on a bike – 82-year-old granny Pauline Bridge gets up at 5am daily to deliver newspapers on her bicycle; she’s quite the contrast to bicycling pensioner and funeral crasher Theresa Doyle.
In 2017, we featured the story of another bicycling pensioner, Theresa Doyle (AKA ‘The Grim Eater’ and ‘The Phantom Mourner’). Whilst 82-year-old pensioner Pauline Bridge cycles daily to deliver newspapers, Doyle, at the time 65, was exposed for bicycling to funerals of people she didn’t know to raid the buffets at the wakes that followed six-times-per week. Of her, Margaret Whitehead of Wargrave, Berkshire told ‘The Sun’: “She got my son Kevin to give her a lift from the church to the Irish Centre for the wake [for her deceased 42-year-old daughter, Catherine]. There were a lot of people at the funeral from Catherine’s work so I just assumed she was a colleague. When I spoke to her though she told me she used to work with Catherine as a waitress. My daughter never worked as a waitress. She was eating from the buffet like there was no tomorrow.”
Sadly, with the news moving online and print paper sales hugely down, the number of paperboys and papergirls in Britain is fast coming towards its end. Pauline Bridge claims she intends to carry on as a ‘papergran’ for at least another eight years, but will her services actually still be required?

    Pensioners’ Portion Palaver 2021

Angry magnifying glass carrying pensioner Tony Crook complains about “pensioners’ portions” of fish and chips being “obnoxious” in Barnard Castle – the land of Dominic Cummings’ famous eye test outing in 2020

Barnard Castle will go down in history for being the place Dominic Cummings drove to in order to test his eyesight during the first national lockdown last March. Now, it’s hitting the headlines again and this time because of a fish and chip shop’s decision to serve “miniscule” portions.

Featured in the Angry People in Local Newspapers group on Facebook, one Tony Kelly of Crook, County Durham wrote to The Northern Echo to bleat about what he termed “so-called ‘pensioners’ portions’” of fish and chips last week.

Referencing that he’d been to a fish and chip shop with two friends – which would, of course, currently be a fineable act if it occurred during ‘Lockup 3.0’ – Mr Kelly monotonously moaned:

“We asked for pensioners’ portions. When they came, the quality was decent enough but the quantities were minuscule. You just about needed a magnifying glass to see the fish.”

“We went to the place hungry and came out even hungrier. Pensioners’ ruddy portions indeed.”

David Icke wannabe Mr Kelly, like his fellow eye-for-detail obsessive Dominic Cummings, has previous. In May 2019, this puerile pensioner extolled fluoride in North Eastern drinking water as “wholesome and beneficial” whilst in October 2018, he strangely suggested “grossly disturbed strata” would increase “the probability of earthquakes” in his neighbourhood.

Man-of-multiple-missives Tony Kelly’s latest letter follows in full:

AS a regular reader of Thursday’s ‘Eating Out’ page – but no expert when it comes to cafés – I’d like to warn other elderly readers about so-called ‘Pensioners’ portions.’ I’ve only ever tried them once and never again.

It was in Barnard Castle in a fish and chip shop, where I’d gone with two friends. Trying to err on the side of moderation, we asked for pensioners’ portions.

When they came, the quality was decent enough but the quantities were minuscule. You just about needed a magnifying glass to see the fish.

We went to the place hungry and came out even hungrier.

    Pensioners’ ruddy portions indeed.

There seems to be an entrenched attitude in some quarters that you can fob old people off with anything – an attitude that is no less obnoxious for being more and more prevalent.

Pensioners’ Portion Palaver 2021 – Barnard Castle had sight of enough eye issues in 2020 thanks to Dominic Cummings, but now, in 2021, Tony Kelly is turning “pensioners’ portions” into yet another beady-eyed drama with his magnifying glass.

Pensioners’ Portion Palaver 2021 – In December 2016, Tony Kelly complained to ‘The Northern Echo’ about a rat “sloshing about” in his “adjacent toilet.” He wrote about he “promptly slammed the lid down, flushed and then put half a brick on the top” and then shared some very useful advice: “The moral? Always keep your toilet lid down, when not in use, especially if your toilet is downstairs like mine, and for double security, put a heavy weight on top. Obviously the incident was a very rare one, about as likely as a big lottery win. However, very unlikely things sometimes happen, and simple precautions are well worth taking. I reported the incident at the Civic Centre, in Crook, but was advised that pest control could do nothing and even if that were not the case would charge £40 for coming out.”

Heroes of the Hour 2021 – Bill and Cath Mullarkey

Bill and Cath Mullarkey are using their EuroMillions winnings to to feed homeless people in the COVID-19 lockdown

Most people who win on the lottery splurge on cars and holidays. Some like the £9.7 million winner ‘Lotto Lout’ Michael Carroll blow the lot and end up bankrupt, but a Coventry couple named Bill and Cath Mullarkey have actually used their £1 million EuroMillions loot to help others.

Having hit the jackpot in 2015, professionally trained chefs Bill and Cath Mullarkey took to cooking up three course Caribbean themed Christmas meals for pensioners. Now, during the latest COVID-19 lockdown, they have gone further and helped to provide Caribbean curries, cutlery, drinks and snacks for over 100 homeless, vulnerable and isolated people.

Of helping the Langar Aid charity to feed those in genuine need, Mr Mullarkey remarked:

“I saw the Langar Aid guys on the TV dishing out meals to stranded lorry drivers on the M20 over Christmas. I was inspired and wanted to help them look after homeless people in Coventry.”

“Ordinarily Cath and I would have gone into the kitchens and cooked everything but working with Jim Eaves of Langar Aid was the best way of still making a difference while minimising contact.

“As Cath is from St Lucia we went for a Caribbean curry. A vegetable and coconut curry with a side order of rice and peas plus drinks. We also handed over lots of chocolate bars as treats.

    Meanwhile, his wife added:

“Jim was brilliant. We chatted through meal ideas, the ingredients because everything is vegetarian, even the cutlery.”

“He and the other volunteers give up their spare time and stand out in all weathers; it’s so cold at the moment, a lot colder than St Lucia and I am in awe of the work they do.

“That’s why Bill and I wanted to also give something to the volunteers as well to say thank you.”

Today, we join those saluting Bill and Cath Mullarkey and urge those that can to do the same. As we pointed out in December, one in three families are only one pay cheque away from losing their home; don’t think it couldn’t be you so please be kind and considerate.

    Lock Him Up 2021!

Ideal new ‘home’ for likely to be impeached Donald Trump for sale just as he prepares to leave office; it comes with its own jail – the perfect place to “lock him up!”

The “quaint” shire town of Guildhall (pronounced ‘Gilhall’), Vermont – whose population was estimated at just 255 in 2014 – is best known for having a large sign at its centre declaring it to be the “only town in the world so named.”

Now, just in time for Donald Trump’s departure from the White House and likely impeachment, the perfect pad for the 45th President has become available in the town. It comes in the form of a 4-bedroom cottage complete with its own attached former jail – a “safe space” he could retreat to if tagged or subjected to home imprisonment perhaps.

Situated on just under an acre of land next to the village green, Jailer’s House at 43 Courthouse Drive is described as having “so much character” and having “been renovated in recent years.” The jail, which ceased to be used in 1969, itself is in somewhat more perilous condition, as is a detached barn known as Jailer’s Barn.

Sold last for £85,000 in May 2017 and then bizarrely marketed for the much lower sum of £55,000 in April 2018l, agents Lisa Hampton Real Estate now seek £110,000 for the property.

Converted jailhouses and courts previously featured in The Steeple Times include the £14.5 million The Court House in Old Chelsea, London, SW3. It was from there that “drunkards, highwaymen and tax dodgers” were tried and “sent in chains to prison ships on the River Thames for transportation to the colonies.”

According to The Burlington Free Press: “The Corrections Department assumed control of most jails in the state, and the sheriffs were to no longer live next to the jail, an amenity they received as part of the job (never fear – it was offset by a triple pay increase for sheriffs as well as a new office).”

July 1964 – A rapist and a man awaiting trial for breaking and entering escaped the jail. Of this, The Burlington Free Press remarked: “A deputy sheriff who lives next door to the jail discovered the break Wednesday morning when he brought breakfast to the jailhouse.”

June 1961 – The jail was supposedly condemned as “potentially dangerous for prisoners” by the state fire marshal.

1947 – According to The Burlington Free Press: “After Antonio Dubois, 47, stole 80 pounds of sugar from the Royal Cafe on Cross and Birch streets in Island Pond, he was held at the Essex County Jail. He couldn’t come up with the $2,000 he needed for bail, so he spent some time in the cells of what could be your home sweet home.”

April 1938 – According to The Burlington Free Press: “Two sheriffs were sued for allegedly assaulting two prisoners at the jail, the Essex County Herald reported in April 1938. The plaintiffs sued for $10,000 each, claiming they suffered broken ribs and fractured ear drums from the attack.”

  • Could Mark Alexander be Innocent?

    Could Mark Alexander be Innocent?

With humanitarian Terry Waite questioning the safety of the conviction of the law student Mark Alexander for murdering his conman father Samuel in Buckinghamshire in 2009, is it time that this curious case was reviewed?

“Locking people up should be our last resort when all else has failed, not a knee-jerk reaction” concludes prisoner Mark Alexander in his two-and-a-half page contribution to The Monument Fellowship’s Crime and Consequence: What should happen to people who commit criminal offences? in September 2019.

In another paper, published by the University of Ottawa in December 2018 and titled A Phenomenology of Freedom: finding transcendence in captivity, the University of London law graduate added: “Prisons, like Jurassic Park, are anachronistic institutions. When ‘the owl of Minerva takes flight,’ our descendants will look upon the use of imprisonment with the same horror and shame with which we view slavery, torture, and the death penalty today.” One would expect such virtue signalling from someone who believes they’ve been wrongly imprisoned, but now, with new evidence available, we join those asking: “Could Mark Alexander have actually been wrongly convicted of the murder of his father Samuel Alexander?”

Mark Alexander was found guilty of the murder of his “controlling” father on a date unknown between September 2009 and February 2010 “by a majority verdict and on the basis of circumstantial evidence only.” He was imprisoned for life at the age of 22 in September 2010 and after refusing to take a manslaughter plea at trial, thus lost the chance for release for at least sixteen years.

In spite of no forensic evidence being found that linked him to his 70-year-old father’s killing and burial underneath a 29-centimetre thick slab of concrete in the garden of their Drayton Parslow, Buckinghamshire home, Mark Alexander was convicted on the basis of the evidence of “suspicious neighbours” and his strange behaviour after his father “disappeared.”

Without doubt, amongst other actions, sending Christmas cards with his father’s name on when he did not know his actual whereabouts made investigating officers suspicious of Mark Alexander, but now, ten years after his jailing, new evidence has come to light that raises issues about the safety of his conviction.

On the homepage of the ‘Justice for Mark Alexander’ campaign website, the issues with the verdict are surmised as follows: “Mark has always maintained his innocence… Mark was found guilty on the basis of doubt created about his version of events rather than any evidence of his involvement in a murder. No such evidence exists. There is no known cause, or date, of death – and there were no traces of DNA, blood, or even fingerprints linking Mark to the crime.”

This month, however, the Mirror’s Tom Pettifor and Robin Eveleigh highlighted other issues that have been discovered since sentencing, amongst them that “secretive” Samuel Alexander was in fact a conman operating with “at least eleven aliases.” Aside from a caution for shoplifting in 1995, however, the Egypt born pensioner was not convicted of crimes that numbered mortgage fraud involving a number of properties. The “confidence trickster” and “fraudster” undoubtedly had enemies and as his son told the paper: “Dad always seemed to be running or hiding from something.”

Using human rights laws, Mark Alexander was, in March this year, able to finally obtain files documenting his father’s multiple identities from Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs. He became supposedly the first person in Britain to achieve such access and now also, according to the Daily Mail’s Alice Cachia and Robin Eveleigh: “[The Justice for Mark Alexander’ campaign] are also developing new mobile phone cell site evidence which they hope will provide proof of Alexander’s movements around the time of his father’s death.” They hint that this will show he could not possibly have been present at the time of the murder and burial.

Further highlighting the plainly deviant lifestyle of Samuel Alexander – a man described by Judge Reddihough at sentencing as someone who operated by “control” and “fear” – it has been revealed the pensioner spent “long hours on the computer surfing teenage chat rooms and sex websites, sometimes posing as a man in his late teens or early 20.” Could it be that he upset someone in the process and could they be his true killer?

Samuel Alexander lied also to his son about what had happened to his mother also and told him she had died of cancer. The pair were only reunited after Mark Alexander’s arrest and it can now be revealed he cheated her as part of a property scam also and of the case, the greatly respected humanitarian Terry Waite CBE has examined it also. He turned specifically to the way in which Samuel Alexander had been buried and remarked:

“I am disturbed by the conviction of Mark as I find it difficult to believe that a complete forensic examination was conducted before the jury found him guilty by a majority verdict. It was pointed out by the judge in his summing-up that the evidence was circumstantial, but even so he was convicted and sentenced.”

“A forensic investigation of the site was conducted by a chartered engineer and chartered geologist in 2017. This examination ought to have been conducted before the trial, but for reasons unknown to me it was not. Given that the site had been excavated by the police when searching for the body and afterwards refilled it was not possible for the expert to be totally certain about the dates when the different levels of concrete were laid. However, his conclusions, which are fully recorded in his report, suggest that the top level of concrete could not have been laid by Mark Alexander as he was not in that location at that time and can prove this. The report raises in my mind a reasonable doubt as to the safety of this conviction.”

Wally of the Week – Sir Cliff Richard

Creepy Christian crooner Sir Cliff Richard demands his music should be given “priority” play ahead of younger artists; he must be the centre of attention, as always, even during the coronavirus lockdown

He’s previously claimed his calendar sales “leave David Beckham standing” and make Kylie Minogue’s look “meagre,” but Sir Cliff Richard is back to his moaning ways and is bleating about what he considers “the fact” that radio stations are being “unfair” and “snubbing” his music.

According to the Mirror, Sir Cliff went on the ‘Greatest Music of All Time’ podcast and “blasted” the BBC for their “model of broadcasting music to niche audiences.” He also, in sage-like fashion, pointed out: “We’re all dying. Long-term fans may not be with us anymore.”

“Why will people download a record of mine if they don’t know it’s out?” complained the crackpot crooner before adding: “Those among us who have proved ourselves over and over and over again should be given a priority chance. That should happen even if it’s to say: ‘We’re going to play this record once a day for two weeks.’”

Speaking to The Steeple Times, a millennial remarked: “I can’t see why this pensioner’s beats should be played at all. He’s definitely held together with Botox and actually, I’m surprised he isn’t like his music – dead already.”

Rise Up, the 79-year-old’s 2019 car-wreck album, had “little or no airplay on most radio stations,” the Mirror concluded. Given how God-awful it is, that’s probably the real reason; now, Sir Cliff, please, get back to crying on your kitchen floor.

Wally of the Week – Shaun Bailey

Mayor of London candidate Shaun Bailey’s policy of giving out burglar alarm to 300,000 homes is utterly ludicrous

Burglar and car alarms are certainly amongst the most pointless inventions in history. Generally ignored, they annoy those in their vicinity and never seem to work when they’re actually required.

Now, first reported in the blog From The Hornets Nest, “man of gimmicks” Shaun Bailey – the Conservative candidate for Mayor of London – has decided to “give” burglar alarms to every Londoner aged over 65.

In a video shared on Twitter, Bailey announced his policy but did not cite any evidence as to why it would actually be effective. He remarked:

“What I am suggesting I will do is to give free burglar alarms to people aged over 65. They are the most vulnerable people in our communities and they need this protection and there’s the other end of this conversation as well. It makes burglary harder and what that does is reduce the amount of people who become career burglars.”

Patronisingly, this foolish man with pockets plainly as large as China then added:

“Of course if you really have one or you feel that you can buy your own one, please do go ahead. But you are talking about 200,000 to 300,000 Londoners who really need that support.”

As From The Hornets Nest rightly points out, “the millions he proposes to spend [would be] better deployed on replacing ‘on the streets’ police removed whilst he was ‘advising’ [David] Cameron on crime.”

Angry caravan owner complains to local newspaper after he and his sardine tin are told to move on

Nobody sane would wish to spend their holidays in a glorified sardine tin, but now “upset” caravan owners at the Low Wood, Haverthwaite site are distraught at being evicted.

Moaning pensioner Lloyd Smith complained this week to The Westmorland Gazette about the matter. Pictured standing aside his scruffy looking metal box in his equally awful parka, the Queensbury resident bleated:

“It’s all very upsetting. It’s been a lifetime of enjoyment… I can’t understand this… I’ve been caravanning for more than 60 years. The essence is that caravanning has been a way of life. It’s terribly sad that it has come to an abrupt end in such a way for myself and friends.”

    He retchingly continued:

“I have not heard of a caravan site closing. I very much doubt there will be alternatives for the caravans.”

As our regular comment maker Rod from Australia would say: “Yes there is. Send in the bloody wrecking ball.”

Online on the Facebook page ‘Angry People in Local Newspapers’ the reaction was hilarious. Some of group’s members comments follow.

Wallies of the Week – Linda and Tony Gilkes

Middlesborough couple go to the press after Morrisons refuse to sell them meat pies before 9am

There are conspiracy theorists and then there’s a pie loving duo named Linda and Tony Gilkes from Teeside.

Featured in a local newspaper named GazetteLive, these pensioners “were left piping hot with fury” after the Berwick Hills, Middlesborough branch of Morrisons refused to sell them eight large sausage rolls and two steak bakes at 8.45am last Wednesday.

In the most bizarre set of comments imaginable, 62-year old Mrs Gilkes remarked:

“I could see bags and bags of pies, all wrapped up on cages behind the counter. The trolley was ready to be pushed out. But when I asked for the pies, I was told: ‘We can’t sell the pies until 9am’. I could have had a fruit pie, but not a meat pie.”

“If they hadn’t been cooked, that would make sense. But the fact that they were baked, well – it’s ridiculous. If I could’ve reached over, I would have grabbed them myself.”

“I wasn’t waiting 20 minutes so I went to Cooplands [another local shop]. I was disappointed to say the least. They are dictating to me when I can buy pies and when I can shop.”

Her angry husband, a man curiously described as someone capable of “[eating] fish and chips three days a week and rarely [touching] pastry,” added:

“When you’re faced with that situation at the counter, you start thinking: ‘Is it Candid Camera? Is it April Fool’s Day?”

“There’s more to this. Morrisons have got their own agenda. They don’t want people to know about it, They have given too many ridiculous stories about why. They contradicted themselves over and over.”

“Who do they think us customers are? We are the people paying their wages.”

Theresa May might be busy with Syria but she ought to get her priorities in order and head to Middlesborough and get herself behind Morrisons’ pie counter: Mr and Mrs Gilkes need her.
