Doune Cottage, however, comes with several catches. Aside from being totally derelict, the property can be accessed only by ferry or private craft and foot from the West Highland Way footpath. Renovation works to make the property habitable thus will be both costly and complicated to orchestrate.

At the time of writing it was £75,000 so plainly the owner is going against everyone else’s view of the property market and increasing their price by 27%. Talk about ridiculous!
