Terraced house with a difference owned previously by Rolling Stones bassist Bill Wyman for sale
A house formerly owned by the metal detecting enthusiast and musician Bill Wyman has been placed for sale at a price of £2.65 million ($3.3 million, €3.1 million or درهم,12.3 million).
326 Fulham Road – also known as 326 Devonshire Terrace – in West Brompton, SW10 looks like a traditional terraced house from outside but thrice married Wyman removed the majority of the second floor during his tenure and created a double height studio reception space.
Currently providing three bedrooms and a total of 1,651 square foot of accommodation, the house is being offered with designs that could see it returned to a more conventional layout. If executed, they would provide 1,967 square foot of accommodation and upto five bedrooms.
The selling agents are Winkworth.
Keep it as is!
What is this place? The White House? Might have guessed Bill Wyman owned it, one of the most boring members of the Rolling Stones. Not feeling the layout at all.
I disagree with you on all levels. He is a decent chap and the house is actually cool. The location is not so cool.
Maybe he can’t afford a professional designer. Poor man.
