Apart from some truly ghastly interior decor, beautiful ! The exterior is the best part !
“Very shoddily built”? Explain please, Rodders. Or more accurately, explain yourself, Rodders. All I see in terms of building stability is rock-solid brick with lots of less-secure glass, which perversely you favour so much.

Not to sure if I would like to live there, what with global warming and higher sea levels etc. Also, with some of the interior decor, was the interior designer on LSD?
Anyway, what would I know, not being a property professional and what not.
What does our ‘property professional’ have to say?
As a property professional, I would argue this sum to staggeringly beyond realism. Something in the range of $65 million to $75 million is closer to what I’d say such a house is worth.
