Last week, we reported on a bidding war that erupted on a one bedroom flat in Lennox Gardens, Knightsbridge that eventually sold for £550,000 on a guide price of just £150,000. Plainly seeking to capitalise on that, agents Plaza Estates have just brought another to the market for £205,000.

Whilst the £550,000 property was 1,012 square foot in size and situated in a sought after first floor position, the £205,000 version covers an area of just 752 square foot – part of which is described as “restricted storage space”. The second floor walk-up flat has one bedroom, a reception room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
