What is almost certainly Britain’s smallest detached house has gone on sale for £110,000 ($137,400 or €131,500 or درهم504,600).
The Round House at Stanton Drew in Somerset has just two rooms and a shower room and has a total floor space of just 146 square foot over two floors. It was built in the 18th century, has a thatched roof and is Grade II listed.
Described as a “well-recognised landmark” by selling agents Killens, the property served as a toll house for the West Harptree Turnpike Trust until 1876.
