320 Sea Cliff plainly will likely appeal to one of Silicon Valley’s tech tycoons – the city’s market is booming due to their wealth – and given it has only been on the Zillow realty site for 7 days, it has already been viewed there nearly 4,000 times. It previously sold for $8 million (the equivalent of £7.1 million, $8.9 million, €8.5 million or درهم32.7 million today) in 2010 and $3.1 million (the equivalent of £3.3 million, $4.1 million, €3.9 million or درهم 15.1 million today) in 2003.

If I had £750,000 spare, I’d definitely buy this house. The setting is spectacular.
Not really a cottage though, is it? Seems bigger than most peoples’ primary homes.
In the summer of 1960, I spent four weeks holiday with my family at this lovely cottage.I had just left Teacher training college and was awaiting the results of final exams. My younger sister was waiting for the results of her O level exams.It was so relaxing to be away from it all in such beautiful surroundings
