    Matthew Steeples suggests that at a time when public resources are totally overstretched, that the Met Police are set to waste more money on the plainly pointless search for Madeleine McCann is an outrage

    Let’s be honest: Madeleine McCann will most likely never be found. Whatever people might say and however much they might hope, with nearly £12 million of public money and much more private cash wasted on a search that has achieved zilch, zero, nada, anything more is just throwing good wonga after bad.

     

    Now, with news last night that the Met Police will be allocating further funds to continue the search (at a time when they’re asking for retired officers to return to help police the public during the coronavirus outbreak), the public will be rightly outraged.

     

    Whilst I and others have for years argued that the disproportionate allocation of resources to this case stinks and that other missing children (whose cases get little to no financial aid) deserve parity, this latest announcement is a step too far. Speaking to The Sun yesterday, an unnamed police source stated:

     

    “There has been some recent speculation that the investigation into Madeleine’s disappearance could be put on hold or discontinued because of the coronavirus epidemic and a shortage of officers working. This isn’t the case and we can’t see the outbreak causing a problem for this ongoing inquiry. Neither can the Home Office. We’ve been told there will hopefully be no problem with new funding.”

     

    Gerry and Kate McCann’s closeness to the likes of Gordon Brown, David Cameron, Theresa May and Baroness Meyer has also aided their ability to keep the cash rolling in since their daughter ‘disappeared’ in May 2007. Equally, with mega rich ‘friends’ like the job killer Sir Richard Branson, the alleged sex abuser Sir Philip Green and the angry busybody J. K. Rowling on their side, the McCanns – unlike less wealthy parents of other missing children such as Kerry Needham – have been able to manipulate the media without good reason.

     

    Frankly, nothing new has been uncovered in this case in years and now it is not the time to give more money. Instead, it’s time to shelve the search for Madeleine McCann and instead use precious and scarce financial resources to solve cases that can actually be solved.

    Missing still yet little to no police resources for their cases – Ben Needham disappeared in Kos, Greece on the 24th July 1991 aged 1 and his mother gets little help for her search; Martin Allen disappeared in London on 5th November 1979 aged 15 and though his brother, Kevin, keeps the case in the public eye as much as he can, he gets little to no help from the Metropolitan Police.

    Meanwhile, Madeleine McCann – whose parents left the doors and windows to the apartment they were staying in and did not pay for childcare on that fateful night – disappeared on the 3rd May 2007 in Praia da Luz, Portugal. The investigation into how she went ‘missing’ has cost nearly £12 million of British public money thus far and more is going to be given. Instead, in the most recent edition of the Mail on Sunday, it was revealed that one of the replacements for the alleged madam will be the “jilted friend of the former Meghan Markle” and lover of “noisy secret sex” with rugby player Danny Cipriani, Lizzie Cundy.

     

    Pictured struggling to plug in an electric charger to an adapted Mercedes-Benz Pagoda in plainly staged images, publicity desperado and renowned “knicker flasher” Cundy – whom also claims to have links to Epstein’s non-sweating pal Prince Andrew via her “pal,” Sarah, Duchess of York – “[didn’t] do casual when it comes to style” according to the paper. An image, captioned, “Lizzie avoided flashing her underwear as she carefully climbed out of the vehicle,” followed and another showed this ex-WAG “[sporting] a glamorous bouncy blow.”

     

    Sadly, Cundy’s best pal Anthea Turner won’t be “swinging into action” to join her on the road. Instead, someone called Joy Desmond will take her place and thus there’ll be no Cadbury’s Flakes in the glovebox. Now there’s a missed photo opportunity.

    In a recent Evening Standard article, Susannah Butter reported that Phillip Schofield had been worrying about when to tell his mother “to stay in now” due to coronavirus.

     

    We’d argue a different point: Mr Schofield would be better off just forcing her to turn off her telly box instead. This angry man’s mum has much more to fear from the daily drivel he spouts there.

    Fresh from ‘outing’ himself Phillip Schofield finds his new television series ‘How To Spend It Well’ axed

    After outing himself and facing allegations of an affair with a young man named Matt McGreevy now faces further woes after his new television series, How To Spend It Well, was scrapped by ITV “over coronavirus fears” according to the Mirror.

     

    Lightweight Schofield, a person widely known for having temper tantrums, planned to tell “the British public [how to] get the most out of their holidays,” but now “bosses pulled it from Thursday’s listings.”

     

    Whilst COVID-19 may have been blamed for this decision, perhaps that was just a distraction. A source told The Steeple Times: “There are set to be further developments in the McGreevy-Schofield saga and ITV will most definitely want to distance themselves from this very angry man.”

    Phillip Schofield has most certainly manipulated most people into thinking he’s a national treasure. He’s cried on the telly box and most recently orchestrated a ‘coming out’ that has done nothing but bolstered his career. Here, indeed, is someone, it seems, who can do no wrong.

     

    In the aftermath of our covering claims that Schofield “orchestrated his mass coming out” in Politicalite, we have now been sent further evidence that the known for being very, very angry television presenter likely first met the former This Morning runner Matt McGreevy prior to 2011.

     

    In a picture, shared in a YouTube video in which the duo are primarily filmed smoking shisha, Schofield is seen posing alongside McGreevy and a whole array of children in school uniforms. The latter appears to look extremely young and though we cannot confirm that there was any relationship between the pair at that stage, what is apparent is that there is most definitely more to this story than first meets the eye.

    ‘Politicalite’ suggest Phillip Schofield orchestrated his ‘mass coming out’ after a former ‘This Morning’ runner had gone to the press about a supposed relationship whilst he was a teenager

    Phillip Schofield has truly milked his ‘coming out.’ Criticised yesterday by Matthew Parris in The Times for behaving badly towards other gay men in hiding his true identity until now, the This Morning presenter’s alleged ‘real reason’ for revealing his sexuality is now under question.

     

    Featured in Politicalite on Monday was a story that claimed 57-year-old Schofield had allegedly had an affair with a former runner on the show named Matt McGreevy.

     

    McGreevy, they reported, in 2014 and then aged 18, “got a taste for television” after spending the day at ITV’s London Studios with the well-known for being angry presenter. The two had interacted first in 2011 (when McGreevy was 15) on Twitter, but now Politicalite report:

     

    “Schofield is alleged to have been having the affair with the runner and he was said to have been ‘furious’ that Schofe had apparently ‘’f**ked him over,’ and he was reportedly going to the press.”

     

    “McGreevy was also said to have had a ‘close working relationship’’ with Schofe, but after they had a ‘bust up’ with McGreevy left This Morning to work on rival show Loose Women.’

     

    McGreevy’s Twitter account has subsequently been suspended for “violat[ing] the Twitter rules.”

     

    Phillip Schofield has neither denied or admitted the claims.

    During the screening of Barrymore: The Body in the Pool, the television personality India Willoughby announced to her 38,000 followers on Twitter: “I find Michael Barrymore as convincing as Prince Andrew.” She was 100% spot on and in the hours prior to the documentary airing, the vile concealer of the truth and disgraced entertainer piled yet more misery on the family of Stuart Lubbock – the victim of murder in his very own swimming pool – by taking to Instagram to pathetically moan that he was getting “bashed” and “bullied” by the media.

     

    Barrymore (born Michael Parker) – a cretin who lied when he claimed he could not swim – went further in his 1:21 minute rant and aside from whingeing that he hadn’t (rightly) been given an advance viewing (since he refused to cooperate with the filming), this tawdry turd of a person delusionally announced:

     

    “The truth is, I’ve always done everything asked of me… Watch the ITV interview with Piers Morgan [for which he was disgustingly paid £60,000]… He left no stone unturned… I have cooperated with everyone [one could add: “Apart from the police and the Lubbock family”] and I have had nothing to do with this [Stuart Lubbock’s death] whatsoever.”

    Essex Police is finally doing the decent thing and have issued a reward in conjunction with Crimestoppers to get “the breakthrough that we need” and justice for the Lubbock family.

    The bombshell documentary itself was very painstakingly put together over 18 months and is a must watch. Of this well researched television show, on Twitter, one user, Michelle Gladstone, joined the many reacting with fury and remarked: “Watching this program [sic] is making my blood boil. Of those people at the party, at least one of them knows the truth about how Stuart died. How can they live with themselves, keeping the truth from the Lubbock family?” Another, Amanda Clarke, added: “How bloody dare Michael Barrymore blame NHS staff for that poor man’s injuries. Say what happened liar.”

    Elsewhere on social media this morning, Barrymore has taken to blocking anyone who dares to question what went on on the 31st March 2001. In doing so this scumbag simply yet again proves himself for exactly what he is: A shameless coward who now jolly well better man-up and answer the most important question of all: “Who present that night murdered Stuart Lubbock?”

    Giles Coren predicted that the insufferable idiot Owen Jones might get a peerage in Corbyn’s resignation honours on the 31st December. He suggested that this self-serving obnoxious bore might become a “fat old lord getting smashed on madeira in the morning and chasing young resarchers with tight bottoms up and down the corridors all afternoon.” He was met with outrage.

     

    Jones, who thankfully blocked The Steeple Times on Twitter many moons ago after we dared to call him out over God knows what (given he upsets people on a whim), himself reacted by describing the missive as “not exactly subtle homophobia” and then his unfriendly followers turned up at Coren’s house to “harangue” his wife and children.

     

    Describing The Times author as a “racist, sexist, homophobic, incestuous paedophile” was bad enough, but that these scumbags decided to harass a lady and her children is another. Shame on Owen Jones for yet again inciting hatred and our salutations instead to Giles Coren – who reacted by quitting Twitter – for not caving into this left wing twerp and his vile entourage. “It’s no biggie,” he sensibly concluded.

Yesterday, this odd looking singer-songwriter stooped to a new low by defending a fellow nonce, Rolf Harris, in the wake of news that the latter had turned up in a primary school playground.

     

    In a comment on Twitter, King pompously announced:

     

    #RolfHarris – I think the media should be prosecuted for hate crimes. A disgraceful and stupid story deliberately designed to provoke hatred and violence. Bastards.

     

    Responding, all-round nuisance and Rolf Harris obsessive Lizzie Cornish joined in and aside from sharing her views with the Mail Online, issued a more detailed supporting rant on Facebook. In it, this nutty, self-professed “woman pissed off by lying women” droned on about “despair” and commented:

     

    Gawd, I DESPAIR of thick journalists who know NOTHING of the subject of their stories. Just off the phone to the Mail Online about their recent ‘Rolf Story’, dressed up to be all that it was NOT. The CONSTANT PERSECUTION of Rolf is beyond shocking, but the STUPIDITY and IGNORANCE of these people DARING to call themselves JOURNALISTS shocks me even more. Today’s one didn’t even KNOW Rolf has already had one case overturned by The Court of Appeal, arrogantly telling me “HE ABUSED AN 8 YEAR OLD, YOU KNOW!”. There was, the usual, stunned silence when I informed him that case was overturned in November 2017…..

     

    I’m not Jewish, but….OY VEY!

     

    Story? Rolf, one of the most creative, friendly humans on the planet, who’s worked with children (and adults) for 60 years, spots a sculptor using wood for his sculpture, in a school playing field, excitedly dashes over to talk to him, probably to give him lots of encouragement, as that’s Rolf All Over, as well as discussing the finer points of sculpting….Then, Rolf merely waves to children INSIDE the school, without thinking, as after 60 YEARS of a totally UNBLEMISHED CAREER working WITH children, it’s an AUTOMATIC reaction, even after all he’s been put through, as the children were watching both men….Headmaster goes out, shakes Rolf’s hand, explains he can’t be on school grounds, Rolf realizes his mistake immediately, leaves straight away….Head feels he has to inform police, I’d imagine in case any child told their parents, thus putting him in awkward situation…Press get hold of it, turn it into a Paedo Lurking In The Bushes kind of story to grab the headlines yet again using Rolf’s name, and thus, get as much money from their advertizerment backers as possible.
