Prince Chula Chakrabongse of Siam (1908 – 1963) – the “Little Prince” – was well known for his White Mouse Racing team in the 1920s, 30s and 40s. A Daimler formerly owned by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II that we featured last month was auctioned yesterday by Historics at Brooklands. It was expected to go for £20,000 to £30,000 but went under the hammer for £45,360. (more…)

A favourite of the Arthur Daley school of car dealer, it generally actually means that the vehicle concerned is a bit of a dog.
