    As convicted paedo Rolf Harris walks free from court and his nutty supporters once again reveal themselves, it must be remembered he is still a convicted abuser of girls as young as eight

     

    Rolf Harris might well have walked free from court on Monday after a jury failed to reach a verdict on historical assault charges against three teenagers, but the public should remember one thing: This monster is still a monster and he is still a man convicted of 12 counts of indecent assault on victims as young as 8 years old.

     

    Outside the court and once again failing to show an ounce of compassion to those he had previously been jailed for molesting, a spokesman for Harris read out a statement. In it, Harris remarked:

     

    “While I’m pleased that this is all I over I feel no sense of victory, just relief. I’m 87 years old, my wife is in ill health and we simply want to spend our remaining time together in peace”.

     

    Rightly stripped of his MBE, OBE and CBE, the former television presenter and shockingly bad performer – best known for now seemingly rather inappropriate renditions such as Two Little Boys – should now do the decent thing. ‘Rotten Rolf’ should simply fade into obscurity and forever be consigned to social Siberia.

     

    Elsewhere, on Change.org, loopy ‘fans’ of the paedophile took the opportunity to brag about the verdict on a page titled: “A man who is innocent and knows he is innocent”. One, Cardiff based, Milford Haven School educated Sally Roberts, ridiculously commented: “This is as good as an innocent verdict considering there was no evidence to prove either way” before delusionally adding: “And an appeal over his first trial is imminent!!”

    That a man who raped a 12-year old child has walked free is an utter disgrace

     

    Daniel Cieslak met a 12-year old child in a taxi queue in Edinburgh city centre at 4am on 31st July 2015. He took her to a friend’s flat, had sexual intercourse with her and on being arrested “became distressed” and told detectives he had been led to believe she was 16.

     

    On the 17th March, Cieslak, a Polish born, 21-year old student at Napier University, pleaded guilty to rape but was shockingly discharged without sentence and without requirement to sign the sex offenders’ register at the High Court in Glasgow.

     

    The judge in the case, Lady Scott, took what she described as the “wholly exceptional” decision to “discharge [Cieslak] absolutely” despite the fact that she accepted that a victim under 13 years is “deemed incapable of consent”. She remarked: “Whilst there is no defence to this offence because of strict liability, the fact is that you would have had a defence if the victim had been a few months older”.

     

    That Daniel Cieslak escaped punishment is an utter disgrace. It is true that the girl he raped lied to him and told him she was far older than her years, but that he claimed he did not know the true age of what essentially is a child seems a little far-fetched. In response, Isabelle Kerr, manager of Glasgow’s Rape Crisis Centre told The Scottish Sun:

     

    “The law really can’t be any clearer. If someone is under the age of 16 they cannot give consent – therefore a 12-year old is not able to consent”.

     

    “It’s a concern to be talking about someone of that age as an ‘active participant’. It’s going down the road of victim blaming, something we’ve been working to tackle”.

     

    “I would be concerned that young women might be deterred from reporting rape if they feel they are not going to be believed or not taken seriously”.

     

    Whilst Lady Scott may be of the view that “justice [has been] best served” by her judgment, we agree with those who say that she got it wrong. That Daniel Cieslak walked free is entirely wrong and that a website named Tabloid Corrections claimed that he is an “innocent man” is even worse. As with the case of the convicted but not jailed paedophile Andrew Picard, all this result does is to bring shame on Britain’s legal system.

    As Donald Trump is criticised for dousing over-cooked steak in ketchup, we take a look at Theresa May’s preference for dining at the favourite restaurant of a paedophile and her lack of interest in the “absolutely meticulously” recipes of Delia Smith

     

    In 2008, Theresa May told The Guardian: “I’ve knocked on Rolf Harris’s door and asked for his vote” and in the very same article the now Prime Minister also cited the since jailed paedophile’s favourite restaurant, Maliks Tandoori House in Cookham, Berkshire, as her own hangout of choice too.

     

    The dining habits of top-drawer politicians came under scrutiny again earlier this week when Town & Country’s Sam Dangremond analysed Donald Trump’s preference for eating well-done steaks topped with ketchup. The 45th POTUS supposedly likes his meat to “rock on the plate” (according to his former butler) but in Britain, our somewhat clueless leader’s food choices are a little more specific.

     

    Aside from loving Indian cuisine and her eponymous “red, white and blue Brexit”, Mrs May is a woman with a preference for a no doubt red, white (but not so blue) Kit Kat and recipes from the cookbooks of the throttled ex-wife of Charles Saatchi, ‘Highgella’ Lawson. In 2008, she remarked: “The other day I did a Nigella recipe for a mustard-and-caper sauce on purple-sprouting broccoli”.

     

    The vicar’s daughter, it transpires, does not have Delia Smith’s books in her kitchen, however. Why? Not because the cook-turned-football-club-chairwoman is generally utterly smashed most of the time, but due to the fact she’s “absolutely meticulous”. The character of the government of Mrs May, thus, could be revealed in a cookbook; its title would no doubt be A Total & Utterly Unmeticulous Cock-Up.

    That a convicted paedophile is able to avoid a jail sentence is an utter disgrace especially given pensioners get locked up for non-payment of TV licence fees; Old Etonian Andrew Picard shouldn’t be on the streets, he should be in the clink

     

    Andrew Picard (AKA Andrew Laurence and Andrew Boeckman) was caught with 1,185 indecent images of children as young as eight on his computer. He admitted to possessing videos of a three year old being raped, children being forced to have sex with dogs and sharing indecent images on Skype with an undercover policeman yet he was spared jail and handed a derisory non-custodial sentence late last month.

     

    Eton College, Berkshire and Williams College, Massachusetts educated former USA swimmer Picard – who changed his name from Andrew Boeckman to protect the supposed “good reputation” of his wealthy family during his trial – received a sentence of just 10 months imprisonment suspended for 18 months for ten counts of possessing child pornography in late February and thus, one must ask: “Why wasn’t he locked up?”

     

    Justifying why he spared Picard of Probyn House, Page Street, Westminster jail and why he also decided not to place this privileged pervert and predator on the sex offenders’ register, Judge Peter Ross remarked:

     

    “It has been said that you and your family have suffered deeply as a result of your arrest and public exposure. Your family didn’t deserve that… [Prison] would undo the counseling you have undergone”.

     

    Sallie Bennett-Jenkins QC, defending, added:

     

    “This is a young and very able man who has hopes for the future… He was able to have this opportunity [to seek help] and this was something Andrew sought for himself, by himself”.

     

    In a country where our government actively pursues jail sentences for pensioners refusing to pay their TV licence fees, it is a disgrace that the son of a prominent American lawyer named Philip J. Boeckman manages to avoid prison in spite of the seriousness of his offences. This utterly contemptible decision is something that brings only shame on Britain.

    Jailed paedophile Rolf Harris set to profit from sale of first original work since he was jailed

     

    Since he was jailed, no painting by the filthy paedophile Rolf Harris has been sold at auction. That’s now about to change given a work by the disgraced 85-year old is being offered in an online auction that ends on 6th September.

     

    Listed by auctioneers Robson Kay – who describe themselves as “corporate recovery agents” – the 182cm by 121cm mixed media painting dates to 1980 and features Harris’ signature in large lettering. It is named ‘Outback Scene’ and was purchased for £14,000 in 2004 by its current owner. He then declined an offer of £44,000 for it in 2008 prior to pervert Harris’ 2014 conviction.

     

    Of the work, which is now being marketed with a much reduced pre-sale estimate of just £5,000 to £10,000, Jonathan Kay of Robson Kay told the Mail Online:

     

    “I suspect there are people who might want it but would be worried what others think and I suspect there are those who like the controversy of having such a work and using it as a conversation piece at a dinner party”.

     

    “Personally, I wouldn’t have it in my home. I discussed it internally and decided it was unlikely our other clients will think poorly of us if we sold it”.

     

    “We are an online auction and so far we can tell that 17 people are watching this item. It might they are curious as to how it fares or they could be serious buyers”.

     

    If the work does sell, Harris will himself profit. Under the Artist’s Resale Rights (ARR) scheme, the child abusing monster will receive 4% of the sale price.

    According to The Sun, jailed paedophile Rolf Harris hasn’t learnt his lesson and has written yet another song mocking his victims.

     

    Titled Gutter Girls, the repugnant, disgraced entertainer is said to see it “as a ‘classic’ Rolf song, with a didgeridoo and wobbleboards”. Its repugnant lyrics are said to go as follows:

     

    Some toothless little strumpet

    From down old Gutter Street

    She’s a wolf in fine sheep’s clothing

    With nothing on her feet

     

    Pretty in her heyday

    But that’s fifty years ago

    Now she’s back on Gutter Street

    And she’s coming for your dough

     

    What she wants is instant justice

    But she’s in it for the cash

    She’s scheming screaming bloody rape

    Harris, 86, plainly continues to show no signs of remorse and given he faces a further seven charges of historic sexual abuse between 1971 and 2004 against complainants aged between 12 and 27, they might as well just throw away the key.
