The Devil’s Advocate is Back

‘The Devil’s Advocate’ Giovanni Di Stefano’s life is set to be made into a film following his forthcoming release from jail (and deportation from Britain)

In March 2014, the incarcerated conman Giovanni Di Stefano tweeted The Steeple Times to claim he had cheated “no one” before adding: “Who did I kill?” In spite of the fact that this po-faced prattler and all-round prick had been convicted and jailed for 14 years for “tricking people into thinking he was a bona fide legal professional” when he was anything but in 2013, he’s shortly about to get out of jail and after deportation from Britain will be participating in a film about his life and lies.

For plainly extremely intelligent but completely lacking in any kind of moral compass Di Stefano’s victims – whom include Tricia Walsh-Smith, a lady best known for making a video that went viral after it was published on YouTube during her especially acrimonious divorce from the then president of The Shubert Organization – this film will pile yet more misery on their already substantial losses. The film, which is to be made by six Academy Award nominated director Jim Sheridan, is based on a biography written by this “one of life’s great swindler’s” plainly anything but impartial son, Michael Di Stefano.

Currently titled The Devil’s Advocate – How to Win Fiends and Influence Despots in a plain nod to Dale Carnegie and Toby Young also, Sheridan commented of it: “It’s very easy to see this as a dramatic feature, but I think for now – the documentary form will suit the story better. This is an intriguing story and truly unique. The lead character is simply unbelievable, and we are delighted to have the exclusive co-operation of Giovanni, his family, his long-term assistant and his personal lawyer to tell the story.”

Going further, executive producer Jezz Vernon of Port Royal Media added: “The subject material is jaw dropping, we’re excited to bring Jim’s vision of the story to the screen. It’s a huge coup that Giovanni and his family have chosen to work exclusively with us.”

Summing rotten ratbag “defender of the indefensibles” Di Stefano – whose supposed clients in spite of him having no legal qualifications whatsoever up allegedly numbered ‘Moors Murderer’ Ian Brady, paedo pop singer Gary Glitter, slum lord Nicholas van Hoogstraten, deranged dictator Saddam Hussein, warped war criminal Slobodan Milošević and pensioner slayer Dr Harold Shipman – up in March 2013 before sending him down, Judge Alistair McCreath, the Recorder of Westminster, stated:

“Your victims in this case were all desperate people and people who, because of their desperation, were vulnerable… It is also about something different and great – it is about the real distress you caused to so many people… You had no regard for them nor for their anguish… Your only concern was to line your own pockets.”

Any film that suggests anything to the contrary will be nothing but claptrap.

On 11th May, Michael Di Stefano tweeted complaing his father’s prison sentence to be “arbitrary and unlawful.”

In spite of being incarcerated, in April, Giovanni Di Stefano was able to tweet his views on MI5 whilst his son claimed the “UK breaks the rules to hold him.”

Also in April, Di Stefano tweeted his sorrow about the death of the Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff and claimed he’d written to President Trump to ask him to put him “on his pardon list.”

In February, this prisoner was able to post nonsense on his blog about predictions also.

In January, Di Stefano tweeted about his sadness on the passing of the murderer Phil Spector.

Getaway Ghislaine

As two victims of Jeffrey Epstein do deals with his estate, will mucky madam Ghislaine Maxwell now getaway from the charges against her?

Ghislaine Maxwell’s purchase of a house named ‘Tuckedaway’ was indicative of her arrogant decision to try to evade justice and now, maybe, if she pulls off a coup she’ll name her next residence ‘Getaway.’

Yesterday, as rumours of Donald Trump likely offering the mucky madam a pardon swirled on Twitter, author Kirby Sommers published a blog that declared: “Is the case against Ghislaine Maxwell unraveling?”

In it, tellingly, Sommers suggested that ‘Bouncing Bob’s’ daughter “is probably doing cartwheels in her 6 x 9 jail cell” and argued:

“Two victims of the three victims expected to testify as witnesses in the United States v Ghislaine Maxwell case have accepted settlements from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate. This will no doubt weaken the government’s stance against Maxwell and may, in fact, signal the beginning of the end of any possible indictment.”

“Maxwell’s attorneys had begun to argue, as early as July 14^th, 2020, during the initial bail hearing, that the case against her is ‘weak, supported by only three accusers who are expected to testify about events that are more than 25 years old.’”

“During the past couple of weeks Annie Farmer and a second ‘Jane Doe’ (believed to be soap opera actress Nadia Bjorlin) accepted settlements from the Epstein’s Victims’ Compensation Program. The restitution fund, handled by Kenneth Feinberg – who was also the ‘9/11 Fund Administrator’ – requires them to dismiss any pending litigation against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate and any of his former employees. Ghislaine Maxwell among them. It also requires they dismiss the civil lawsuits they each initiated against their alleged abuser: Maxwell.”

Sommers has a point and with PR peddler Brian Basham elsewhere being given free reign by the likes of the Daily Mail to hawk nonsensical stories that Ghislaine Maxwell is “suffering” in hell-like conditions in jail, it is right that the sensible and the sane continue to call for this vile vixen to be brought to justice.

Getaway Ghislaine – Will Ghislaine Maxwell get a pardon as Donald Trump departs office, will prosecutors drop charges against her or will she actually face the trial she truly, genuinely deserves in 2021? Whatever happens, this wicked wastrel will wield her power packed address book in her battle and she will attempt to damage the reputations of anyone who gets in her path.

Getaway Ghislaine – Whilst Ghislaine Maxwell’s time in prison has been amusingly parodied, the seriousness of the possibility of her potentially now evading justice thanks to some dodgy deals and/or Donald Trump is quite shocking.

Greedy Green Goes Red

As ‘The Sun’ quite rightly rebrands Tina Green ‘Lady Greed,’ we join those demanding this creep cough up before Christmas; why should 13,000 families suffer whilst she sits smugly on a £100m yacht?

Luxury loving Lady Green – who is known to pompously demand those she regards as serfs call her ‘Lady Tina’ – got herself a new moniker in the red-topped The Sun this morning.

Deservedly rebranded ‘Lady Greed’ today, this twice married mother of four and all-round disgrace of a woman is actually worse than her hideous hulk of a husband, ‘Sir Shifty.’ She actually controls the purse strings of the now collapsed Arcadia Group as her very own company owns 92% of it and now it’s in the red, it is time this cash-tin-collecting cretin accepted some personal responsibility.

As 13,000 poor employees and their families face Christmas and beyond in penury due to the mismanagement of ‘Tacky Tina’ and her husband, now is the time when this wicked wench could finally do the decent thing: Lady Green should sell one of her £100 million yachts and pull off a publicity coup by paying off those that her business failings will otherwise make suffer.

Pictured top: The grubby Greens love living it up, quaffing champagne and used to often be found lauding it over the plebs in Annabel’s. These “modern day Dockers” should now become social pariahs.

Ghislaine’s Trump Card

As it is revealed there is one rule for Ghislaine Maxwell and one for everyone else in the US legal system on visitations, her alleged links with the CIA and Mossad are again outed

As it is revealed that Ghislaine Maxwell has “become the first federal inmate in New York City allowed an in-person visit since the pandemic started,” it has also been outed on Twitter that one of her attorneys, Christian Everdall, has dubious links to the CIA via his previous involvement with El Chapo.

Jeffrey Epstein and Maxwell also, according to the author of Jeffrey Epstein: Predator Spy Kirby Sommers, allegedly worked for the CIA and Mossad and as a result of these dodgy connections, the mucky madam could well be in line for special treatment from the US legal system.

Whilst stories to date have suggested ‘Bouncing Bob’s’ deviant daughter is complaining about her lack of email and a desk, which indicate to the contrary, this could all be part of a distraction technique. Maxwell and Epstein most certainly had power in their vast address book and whatever may be said of this vile woman, she is still attracting the support of some of them and is far from stupid.

Aside from Donald Trump “wishing her well” in a signal that suggests he knows that she has more up her sleeve, the leakage of the story about her alleged affair with Bill Clinton was another sign that Maxwell will be playing every card she can. Don’t be surprised if she appallingly pulls off some kind of coup that disgracefully gets her off the hook in the near future. Stranger things have, indeed, happened.

Calling for a Coup

Matthew Steeples suggests the mess that is currently Britain needs a wake-up call and it needs a coup

It’s all David Cameron’s fault: There was no need for him to call a referendum on leaving the EU and all that has resulted – in the wake of him walking away in the most cowardly fashion – has been a tragedy for our once great country.

Stranded now in the land of limbo, Britain faces a situation, as reported today on the Mail Online, of a wishy-washy “Canada-style” deal with Europe. This represents an example of the politics of division and the politics of non-practicalities; it will result in nothing but further mess and nothing but additional chaos.

With the “enfant terrible” and bully boy Arron Banks rightly facing an investigation for effectively having funded the campaign that caused what will basically bankrupt Britain with foreign funds, it is now time for something else. Even he thinks that we should now remain in the EU but what Britain actually really needs is new leadership and it needs it now: It’s no longer time for Theresa May or Jeremy Corbyn, it’s time to get the tanks on the lawn and it’s time for a coup.

No Faith in Theresa

Theresa May has a perfect right to go to church but why can’t she worship privately?

Week after week, every Sunday, Theresa May appears outside her local church. She is photographed with her garden gnome-like husband and often even a dog.

That Britain’s most incompetent leader ever chooses to believe in the Anglican faith is entirely her right, but that she rams this down the nation’s throat every Sunday is frankly grating. It is time that Mrs May realised that this country, in fact, is now a multi-faith society and it is time that she learnt to respect that.

Elsewhere, talk of a coup to oust the out-of-control Mrs May is gaining momentum. This is hardly surprising given this vicar’s daughter’s true uselessness, but that such talk united contributors to the Daily Mail and The Guardian over the weekend is telling. It’s time the Conservative Party got its act into gear and it’s time to #MakeFebruaryTheEndOfMay.

Limehouse

Matthew Steeples extols the relevance of the Donmar Warehouse’s ‘Limehouse’ to Britain’s contemporary political climate

At a time when Brexit has divided Britain and Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour continues to provide little-to-no opposition to Theresa May’s somewhat unfocused, unelected government, the relevance of a play named Limehouse is especially poignant.

Based around the formation of the ill-fated Social Democratic Party by the ‘Gang of Four’ – Bill Rodgers, Shirley Williams, Roy Jenkins and David Owen – in 1981, what The Telegraph calls a “domestic sitcom” takes place entirely in a “bourgeois” kitchen. It occurs during a period when moderates – driven to try to find an alternative to the rise of Thatcherism on one side and the loony left on the other – despaired at a nation divided and sought out a new way forward. Limehouse – named after the area where Owen lived at the time – effectively examines what this quartet believed the UK needed then and what many believe the UK again needs today: A credible centrist party.

Played out as a kitchen table coup by four ultimately flawed politicians over two bottles of Château Lafite, the plot is cleverly guided by a fifth member, the American born literary agent wife of David Owen. She concludes the play by asking: “What if?” in the context of what might have happened had a sensible centrist political movement been successful back in the 1980s. It’s the very question that will be on the lips of so many as we head towards Theresa May triggering Article 50 on the 29^th March.

‘Limehouse’ is at the Donmar Warehouse until 15^th April.
