Christopher Mason used to like to chirp for Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein about seriously sordid sexual antics, he liked to sing songs for their decidedly deviant associate Donald Trump and last Saturday, he put in appearance at a party where many of the incarcerated one’s (former) friends were present. Ironically (or intentionally) for this super special occasion minus their mucky madam appendage, the author and crooner Mason wore ‘prison-orange’ pants and sported orange loafers.
British-American transplant Mason, for once without one of his trademark and decidedly dodgy bow ties, perhaps channeled the “Orange Is The New Black pokey look” to remind fellow guests of the plight of their one-time chum, Ghislaine – after all she was stuck in a cell she’s claiming is sewage, rat and cockroach infested whilst they were all out in the Hamptons necking Krug and bingeing on caviar.
Though social butterflies and famous faces have hurriedly distanced themselves from the ‘Bouncing Czech’s’ poison spawn, many associates and friends of Miss Maxwell (or Mrs Scott Borgerson, as she ought to really be known) were present at a gathering at the ‘Grosvenor Atterbury Estate’ at 199 Coopers Necks Lane in Southampton, New York on 12th June 2021.
Owned currently by a “Manhattan real estate developer (DUMBO in Brooklyn) David Walentas,” according to the New York Social Diary’s David Patrick Columbia, the 6pm to 8pm bash at the ritzy residence was “designed” and hosted by a “major organizer [sic] of smart, chic, grand (and fun) parties” named Bronson van Wyck. Whether ‘Grubby Ghislaine’ was a conversational subject is unreported, but it’s pretty likely she was high on the agenda.
Of the event for 100 “prominent” and “not-so-underprivileged” people, Mr Columbia instead peacocked:
“The roadway along Coopers Neck was jammed with enthusiastic residents looking forward to a good time.”
“And a good time was had by all. And then there was the huge excitement of everybody seeing everybody – many for the first time in months. It was a real reunion celebration. Even Brooke Shields who has been recovering from a terrible accident and surgeries, made it to the party, looking like the top of the morning and showing no sign of what she’d been through.”
Individuals who’ve been snapped with Ghislaine Maxwell previously, aside from ‘Orange Pants’ Mason, at the “huge hit” evening numbered Tory Burch, Candace Bushnell, Tiffany Dubin and Martha Stewart. Whether Christopher Mason burst into song – as he’d done previously back in 1993 – about Jeffrey Epstein’s egg-shaped penis thankfully remains unknown.

Just as prosecutors have sought to deny Ghislaine Maxwell’s request to be told the “identities of the women who allege the former British socialite and girlfriend of Jeffrey Epstein recruited, groomed and ultimately sexually abused them as young girls,” a shocking new list of associates of the gruesome pair has emerged.
Released on a site named The Millennium Report, a list of “Democrats and Republicans connected to Jeffrey Epstein” submitted by one Anders Pederson lists 87 activists, donors and politicians who have been involved in child abuse, underage prostitution and human trafficking.
As well as Democratic donor Epstein himself, 44 Democrats and 42 Republicans appear in the shocking document and aside from obvious examples such as the fugitive film director Roman Polanski and the producer Harvey Weinstein, others on the list are far lesser known names.
Amongst the many shocking examples are:
Republican congressman and anti-gay activist Robert Bauman was charged with having sex with a 16-year-old boy he picked up at a gay bar.
Republican election board official Kevin Coan was sentenced to two years probation for soliciting sex over the internet from a 14-year old girl.
Republican Councilman and former Marine Jack W. Gardner was convicted of molesting a 13-year old girl.
Democratic Governor of Oregon, Neil Goldschmidt, after being caught by a newspaper, publicly admitted to having a past sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl after the statute of limitations on the rape charges had expired.
Republican Party leader Paul Ingram pleaded guilty to six counts of raping his daughters and served 14 years in federal prison.
Republican anti-abortion activist Nicholas Morency pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography on his computer and offering a bounty to anybody who murders an abortion doctor.
Republican Committee Chairman Jeffrey Patti was arrested for distributing a video clip of a 5-year-old girl being raped.
Democratic New York Congressman, Fred Richmond, was arrested in Washington D.C. for soliciting sex from a 16-year-old boy.
Republican activist and Christian Coalition leader Beverly Russell admitted to an incestuous relationship with his step daughter.
Elsewhere, trying to justify his appearance in the address book used by Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein yesterday, Nicholas Coleridge described in The Spectator USA how they faxed update requests to friends and how all surprisingly agreed. He tried to claim that most never met Epstein even, but in his justification failed to explain why anyone with half a brain would give out their details to someone they supposedly had nothing to do with.
The mucky madam’s address book now, instead, should be the undoing of many others. Those present within it deserve further analysis and most especially those with political connections and power, such as Prince Andrew, Donald Trump and Bill Clinton, are especially worthy of being called out.

Bill Clinton denied allegations that he had an affair with mucky madam Ghislaine Maxwell in May, but now with new photographs of the pair together, that issue has again been raised.
In pictures obtained by the New York Post, the former President is seen posing on Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Lolita Express’ with his arm on Ms Maxwell’s shoulder and in other images featured in The Sun, she is seen “playfully wrestling with model agency boss Jean-Luc Brunel.”
Shockingly the paper also report: “Brunel, 73, is also accused of using his agency to recruit underage girls for Epstein and is alleged to have given him three 12-year-old sisters to abuse as a birthday present” and that he flew on the dead paedophile’s jet 25 times.

As a new witness comes forward, it is time for the Duke of York to finally be truly honest; if ‘Randy Andy’ is genuinely innocent, it would be his best move
With a revelation this morning that a new witness claims to have spotted Prince Andrew in Tramp nightclub with Virginia Giuffre (then Virginia Roberts) on the night he claims not to have been there but instead at Pizza Express (Woking branch), a new problem has arisen for the non-sweating royal.
The witness in question, Shukri Walker, claims to distinctly remember the events of 10th March 2001 on the basis that she “stepped on Prince Andrew’s foot and then apologised.” Speaking to The Sun, she remarked: “He looked like he was having a great time.”
Miss Walker – whom has been in contact with Lisa Bloom, an American lawyer for some of Epstein’s many victims – claimed:
“When I watched the BBC interview and saw Prince Andrew deny knowing Virginia, saying he has no recollection of that night, I had to come forward. Because I was there and I do have recollection of it.”
“He looked like he was having a great time. And he was with this young girl who was close to my own age, perhaps even a bit younger than me.”
“They were not that alone. They were with the woman who has just been arrested, and Epstein. I will never forget that night because I was told this is a real prince.”
“That’s the moment that stood out for me. I don’t think I would have remembered otherwise.”
Speak Up Randy Andy – Prince Andrew would now do well to answer the FBI’s questions. If he is as innocent as he claims, what has he got to lose? His reputation is already deservedly in tatters after giving a juggernauth crash interview to Emily Maitlis and his live-in ex-wife continually making a fool of herself. The authenticity of the image of him with the then Miss Roberts and Ghislaine Maxwell is now only disputed by him.
Miss Walker added:
“I do remember the little girl perhaps was a little bit drunk or just had a weird expression, an awkward expression. But she wasn’t smiling, it was the opposite of smiles.”
Aside from the unlikely possibilities that Walker could be mistaken and Giuffre could have concocted one of the biggest conspiracies in modern history, the main other issues for the prince are the fact he continued his friendship with Jeffrey Epstein after he had become a convicted paedophile and that he was photographed with the lady he allegedly had sex with in Ghislaine Maxwell’s house. That image, taken long before the days of Photoshop, is something he has tried to discredit, but with each denial the confidence in it being genuine has grown ever stronger.
Recently unsealed documents don’t help Prince Andrew – or Maxwell apologist Alan Dershowitz for that matter – but what we now know is that a young lady who stepped on ‘Randy Andy’s’ toe could most bizarrely be the solution to this truly rotten conundrum.

Those of us that knew the late Claus von Bülow (1926 – 1929) and those that watched Reversal of Fortune – the superb film portrayal of his two trials in connection to his alleged attempted murder of his heiress wife Sunny in 1980 (she eventually died after having been in a coma for over 27 years in 2008) – will of course recall his association with the rookie lawyer Alan Dershowitz.
In that film, Dershowitz is portrayed as a man who fights for the underdog; he’s a hero (in spite of whom he is defending), in fact. Now, years after morphing into a fully-fledged member of the establishment, it seems, this civil libertarian has sadly moved to the ‘dark side.’
In an article for the Spectator USA, published on Thursday, titled: “The Ghislaine I Know,” Dershowitz enthusiastically droned on about how he and his wife were “introduced to Ghislaine Maxwell by Sir Evelyn and Lady Lynne de Rothschild.” He continued: “We subsequently met her… generally in the presence of prominent people such as Bill and Hillary Clinton, Nobel Prize-winning scientists, presidents of universities, and prominent academic and business people” (thus hinting that this made the paedophile procurer actually ‘respectable’).
Dershowitz – himself a man accused, but not convicted, of offences linked to Epstein and Maxwell – demanded ‘Bouncing Bob’s’ daughter be “like every other arrested person, she must be presumed innocent” (which is fair enough), but then proceeded to trash victims the monster Epstein had already been convicted of abusing.
Continuing with his “everyone should keep an open mind about Maxwell” angle, the lawyer illustrated himself to be utterly out of touch. As the financier Euan Rellie, described as “a British investment banker who knew Maxwell in both London and New York” in a Vanity Fair article about Thursday’s arrest, tweeted Friday: “This guy @AlanDersh is protesting way too much.”

A lot of powerful people will be more than a little worried. I hope [Maxwell won’t] end up like Epstein. I’m a little worried about that. I think she’s in danger. Alan Dershowitz was played by Ron Silver in the 1990 American drama film ‘Reversal of Fortune’ with Jeremy Irons as Claus von Bülow and Glenn Close as Sunny von Bülow. The 111-minute film grossed £12.3 million at the box office and was lauded for its “exceptional performances” and “cunning script.”
A most curious tale of playboys, socialites, lawyers and real estate moguls
This week the mystery buyer of Clarendon Court, the former marital home of Claus and Martha “Sunny” Von Bülow (1932 – 2008), was revealed as a restaurateur and real estate mogul named Paul Roiff. Separately, the New York Post reported that Mr Von Bülow’s former lawyer, Alan Dershowitz, had purchased an apartment in Sutton Place, New York at the same time as a postal worker was on trial for killing his sister. The lives of the rich and famous are never anything other than dramatic.

8-bedroomed Clarendon Court on Bellvue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island is best known for the events surrounding the utilities heiress Martha Crawford Von Bülow falling into a 28-year coma there and her husband subsequently being tried, convicted and then acquitted for her attempted murder, but this fine residence has much else in its past as well.
Edward Collings Knight, Jr. (1863 – 1936)
Designed by the most prominent Ameircan architect of the “Gilded Age,” Horace Trumbauer (1868 – 1938), this Palladian style villa was commissioned in 1903 by Edward Collings Knight, Jr. (1863 – 1936), a sugar-refiner and railroad executive, and his wife, Clara. It was built on an acre plot with views of the Narragansett Bay and is most curiously termed “one of Newport’s finest cottages.” The mansion that was constructed for the couple is an almost exact replica of a proposed house by Colin Campbell at Chester-le-Street in County Durham, England and features Doric columns, quoins and an urn-embellished balustrade. It provided a suitable illustration of Mr and Mrs Knight’s wealth and status.

Edward Knight, who was once described as exhibiting “more talent at spending money than making it,” named the house Claradon Court in honour of his wife and shortly before it was completed in 1904, he acquired an additional six acres of land behind the plot with direct frontage to the Atlantic. Here, he had Trumbauer design a vast carriage house in an early Georgian vernacular as well as a series of high brick walls to protect the gardens from the ocean winds.

The Knights engaged a Parisian decorator named Jules Allard to decorate Claradon Court in the English Georgian manner and after several seasons in residence added two wings onto the back of the house. Following Clara Knight’s death in 1928, her husband sold the estate, moved to a more modest Trumbauer designed house in neighbouring Middleton and remarried. His second wife, Marie Louise LeBel, is remembered as a “foul-mouthed, hard-drinking [woman], who thought nothing of killing a neighbour’s dog with a shot from her pearl-handled pistol.” Together they went on to spend the vast sum of constructing a $383,000 mansion in North Carolina as a hunting lodge. It is now the home of the Whalehead Club.

The purchaser of Claradon Court was a First World War hero named Colonel William Hayward (1877 – 1944) and his wife, Mae (1880 – 1956). Whilst the colonel is remembered as the commander of the “Harlem Hellfighters,” a regiment that “never lost a man captured, a trench, or a foot of ground,” his wife was truly a character.
Born in Connecticut, Mae Cadwell had divorced her first husband Selden B. Manwaring of Hartford in 1914 to marry the older and richer Morton F. Plant of New York and New London, Connecticut. Morton Plant adopted her son by her first marriage, Philip “Paul” Morgan Manwaring Plant (1901 – 1941), and when he married the well-known actress Constance Bennett (1904 – 1965) in 1925 more controversy followed. The millionaire socialite Plant’s life is well documented not only as it was for him that the term “playboy” was originally created but also because of his bitter divorce from Bennett in 1929.
Following their purchase, Colonel and Mrs Hayward decided to have the name of Claradon Court changed to Clarendon Court to distance any lingering associations with Clara Knight and she is said to have filled the building with fine and decorative art. The colonel died in 1944 and his widow married for the fourth time, this time taking the president of the American Car & Foundry Company, John E. Rovensky, as her husband. After her death in 1956, Rovensky continued to use Clarendon Court until his own death in 1970 and even allowed it to be used as the set of the 1956 American musical comedy film High Society that starred Bing Crosby, Grace Kelly and Frank Sinatra.
Martha “Sunny” Von Bülow (1932 – 2008)

In 1970, Clarendon Court’s most notorious chapter commenced when the utilities heiress Sunny Von Bülow and her husband Claus purchased the house as it was here in December 1980 that Mrs Von Bülow fell into the irreversible coma that she was to remain in until her death in December 2008. The story of Claus Von Bülow’s trials for the attempted murder of his wife is well known and the 1990 film Reversal of Fortune, starring Jeremy Irons, Glenn Close and Ron Silver, is most definitely a true masterpiece.
Considered a couple of “exceptional taste,” the Von Bülows were described as having filled Clarendon Court with exceptional 18th and 19th century English furniture. They also significantly improved the grounds by hiring the landscapers Innocenti & Webel to create an elegant allée to the sea by removing a hillock that had always deprived the ground floor rooms of an ocean view.

In 1974, Claus Von Bülow wrote of Clarendon Court in an article for the Bulletin of the Newport Historical Society:
“The author of this article has lived happily at ‘Clarendon’ for the past four years. As a European he has found much to admire in Newport, with its sense of history and its preservation of a unique architectural heritage. He hopes some future writer will cover the occupancy of his family at ‘Clarendon’ with as much wistful charity as he has endeavored to extend to its previous owners.”
Von Bülow, at that time, plainly could not have imagined the tragic event that was to follow in December 1980 and for what the house would indeed become best known.

A committee managing Sunny Von Bülow’s affairs sold Clarendon Court in 1988 to a fine art and antique dealer named Glenn C. Randall and his wife Patricia for $4,300,000. The couple converted the service wing into a gallery for their collection and lived there until Mrs Randall died after a battle with cervical cancer in May 2010. The 12,800 square foot house and it’s 10,000 square foot coach house were placed on the market for $17,800,000 in October 2010 and whilst the price was subsequently was brought down to $15,800,000, it languished until being sold in July 2012.
The new master of Clarendon Court, Paul G. Roiff, is a graduate of Boston University and Suffolk Law School. He is the president of a real estate company named Heath Properties and also co-owns a number of restaurants in Boston including Mistral, Mooo, Teatro and Sorellina as well as a 63-bedroom hotel named XV Beacon.

Plainly publicity shy, Roiff, who also owns homes in Florida and Michigan, used one of his employees, Keith Beardsley, to purchase Clarendon Court on his behalf. He paid $13,126,000 for the estate.

In another development, on the 25th September The New York Observer reported that the lawyer who became famous representing Claus Von Bülow, Alan M. Dershowitz, had bought a 3-bedroomed apartment in the “stronghold of old money,” 45 Sutton Place, for $1,680,000. Plainly Mr Dershowitz, who subsequently represented O. J. Simpson, has done well and is plainly now richer than his first “celebrity” client. He also owns a 6-bedroom residence in Cambridge, Massachusetts and was able to use his verbal talent to persuade the sellers of the Sutton Place co-op downwards from their original $2,290,000 asking price.
Separately, late last month, Dershowitz and his family were in court for the trial of a postal worker named Ian Clement. A 7-tonne truck driven by Clement had crushed and killed Marilyn, the 68-year old sister-in-law of Alan Dershowitz, in New York in July 2011. Dershowitz, a retired special referee for the New York court system, had been out for a bicycle ride with her husband, Nathan, a partner at Dershowitz, Eiger & Anderson.

Surprisingly and much to the distaste of the Dershowitz family, Clement, who had been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident, was acquitted by a jury on the 20th September. Of this, Alan Dershowitz commented:
“The facts clearly justified a guilty verdict… I think a stronger presentation might have brought about justice. Instead, we have an injustice.”
Both the Von Bülows and the Dershowitz family have endured loss and a huge amount of media attention since the events of the early 1980s. Perhaps these most recent moves will bring with them a new chapter for both Clarendon Court and Mr Dershowitz himself. Meanwhile, Claus Von Bülow, though not quite as wealthy as he was in his days at Clarendon, prospers in London and is considered one of the city’s “finest wits.” How fortunes do indeed revolve.
