    Watching Ghislaine

EXCLUSIVE – Neighbour reveals Ghislaine Maxwell was under surveillance in 1994 over her “mucky madam” activities at her South Kensington mews house by Met Police officers; Why didn’t they stop her?

As Ghislaine Maxwell’s person-still-unknown “new husband” offers to put up £23 million in bail money and PR peddler Brian Basham spins crazily on her behalf also, we can today reveal that Ghislaine Maxwell was unbelievably under surveillance by British police as early as 1994.

Aside from her residence in Kinnerton Street, Belgravia, Maxwell owned another house in Stanhope Mews East from circa 1989 until 1997. During this period a neighbour – whom wishes to remain anonymous for their personal security – has exclusively revealed to The Steeple Times that their home opposite was used by the police to conduct a surveillance campaign on a woman they believed to be a madam.

The businesswoman concerned told us: “I was visited by officers from the Met Police in 1994 whom asked to use a bedroom in my property and to install a camera at the window to monitor the house diagonally opposite, 69 Stanhope Mews East.”

“I was not told at the time who the person concerned was, but I now realise it was Ghislaine Maxwell who was the owner of that house. I recall seeing very young girls coming and going from that building very often.”

“The officers remained for a week and then I heard no more about what happened next. All I knew was that a brothel was being operated from there and that the police wanted to close it down. They could have caught this evil woman then, but maybe her friendships with powerful people like Prince Andrew helped ensure her criminality was swept under the carpet.”

According to a report, Maxwell “cared for and befriended Minor Victim 3 in London, England, between about 1994 and 1995” and it was at 69 Stanhope Mews East that she shockingly supposedly groomed this unfortunate youngster.

    Basham-ing Ghislaine

EXCLUSIVE – Ghislaine Maxwell apologist Brian Basham leaves a curious comment on ‘The Steeple Times’ as he part of his campaign to try to free the mucky madam from the clink

In October, we reported that Brian Basham – a man whom astoundingly supposedly believes his “longtime friend” Ghislaine Maxwell’s pending trial for “enticement of minors, sex trafficking of children, and perjury” to be a “witch hunt” – was running a campaign to get ‘Bouncing Bob’s’ daughter out of the clink.

With just 164 followers on Twitter, “socialist and vocal republican” PR man Basham – best known for his involvement in the British Airways ‘Dirty Tricks’ scandal – last week left a comment on our aforementioned article containing three links from a domain that curiously “has just been registered.”

Plainly, as he seeks to step up his efforts to get croaked paedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s bestie back into her socialite circle, Basham is going into overdrive. Of the links, one went to a piece by the Catholic Herald columnist Brendan O’Neill – a wack job best known for telling high profile sex abuse victims to effectively “shut up” and urging the public to riot in support of speeding up Brexit – arguing that Maxwell should be presumed “innocent until the court demonstrates otherwise.”

Going further, openly extremely anti-woke O’Neill justified his claim by stating: “[Ghislaine Maxwell] is in many ways the ideal hate figure in these woke, unforgiving times. She’s wealthy. She’s the daughter of a disgraced tycoon (Robert Maxwell). She rubbed shoulders with allegedly iffy men and women who have more money than morals. In some people’s minds, she has come to symbolise the rot the heart of the moneyed elites, the cancer of white privilege and rich-people arrogance.”

Basham’s other links included one to The Hill that ludicrously attempted to argue that the Department of Justice have run an “inflammatory” press campaign against Maxwell and another that featured a report about Fox News’ also anti-woke correspondent-at-large Geraldo Rivera calling out her being denied bail in July as “copping out to the mob” and a “political decision.”

According to the article, Rivera – whom previously called Donald Trump “brave” for sending “good wishes” to Maxwell – also added: “They are doing this to put pressure on her” before bleating: “They are punishing her before conviction… She is not Jeffrey Epstein. I think this a terrible, punitive decision.”

Elsewhere, last week, Air Mail featured news of Maxwell’s attorney yet again moaning about her being “excessively and invasively searched” whilst the New York Post described her legal team “invoking the murder of New Jersey judge Esther Salas’s son” as an “odd reference” as part of their attempt to get the most definite flight risk out on bail.

In a filing, the lawyers bizarrely hinted at a security risk and stupendously stated: “Many of the people who want to support Ms. Maxwell’s renewed bail application are older and do not have the financial means to hire a personal security detail to protect themselves.”

Basham-ing Ghislaine – Brian Basham tries to help Ghislaine Maxwell – Ghislaine Maxwell apologist Brian Basham leaves a curious comment on ‘The Steeple Times’ as part of his campaign to try to free the mucky madam.
Brian Basham has said little thus far on Twitter about his involvement in an attempt to ‘break’ mucky madam Ghislaine Maxwell out of the clink, but he did use the medium to share a tweet from an account that seeks to trash the reputation of alleged victim Virginia Giuffre.
Basham-ing Ghislaine – Brian Basham tries to help Ghislaine Maxwell – Ghislaine Maxwell apologist Brian Basham leaves a curious comment on ‘The Steeple Times’ as part of his campaign to try to free the mucky madam.
Completely ignoring the fact that nobody has been to prove it to be anything other than genuine, in August 2019, Brian Basham tried to hint that the image of Prince Andrew getting randy before supposedly romping in the bathtub with Virginia Giuffre at Ghislaine Maxwell’s house at 44 Kinnerton Street, Belgravia, London, SW1X 8ES on 10th March 2001 is a fake.
  • Maximum Risk Maxwell

    Maximum Risk Maxwell

Ghislaine Maxwell should not be given bail given she most definitely has the means and motive to flee; the case of Carlos Ghosn is proof that people of her wealth have and will run

Given Carlos Ghosn, the former head of Nissan and Renault, managed to escape in a musical box on a private plane while on bail, it seems ludicrous that a court in America is even considering releasing Ghislaine Maxwell on bail.

Whilst lawyers for Jeffrey Epstein’s madam claims she is at risk of catching coronavirus in the Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn and isn’t a flight risk, prosecutors should take into account that she managed to evade authorities and the media for the last year. It has this morning been revealed that she “kept [her] phone wrapped in tin foil and ran from FBI during [her] arrest.” Here, indeed is a woman who is devious and degenerate and most definitely, as was the case also with her conman father ‘Bouncing Bob,’ not to be trusted.

Whilst Maxwell is offering £4 million ($5 million, €4.4 million or درهم18.4 million) in assets as a bond, prosecutors are right to point out that she is an “extreme risk” because of the possible long prison term she faces, her wealth, her multiple passports and her multiple citizenships. She has, as they rightly point out, “absolutely no reason to stay.” On that basis, this mucky madam should be kept in jail and she must also be kept away from anything that would give her the ability to “do the convenient thing” for the likes of Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump and others and end her life.

    Will Ghislaine Maxwell Motor On?

As a poll reveals the public believe Ghislaine Maxwell will ‘suicide herself’ in a similar manner to her former master Jeffrey Epstein, the Cash & Rocket ‘charity’ unbelievably announce they are going ahead with another rally in 2021

Though one thing is for sure and that is that Ghislaine Maxwell will not be returning to her 156 acre “retreat” in Bradford, New Hampshire this weekend, a Twitter poll conducted by The Steeple Times’ Matthew Steeples has revealed that the public believe she’ll go the same way as Jeffrey Epstein.

In a question posed Thursday, a reasonable (though we’ll admit far from scientific) sample of 73 answers came in response to the question: “Will Robert Maxwell’s daughter and Jeffrey Epstein’s child procurer madam Ghislaine Maxwell last the week in custody?”

Response options and votes were as follows:

    • She’ll get COVID and die – 19.2%.
    • She’ll suicide herself – 34.2%.
    • She’ll be off to Israel – 20.5%.
    • She’ll be out on bail – 26%.

Whilst Mark Seal of Vanity Fair yesterday recounted what he had discovered about where ‘Bouncing Bob’s’ daughter had been for the last year, we again share with readers our picture of the last car that ‘Mucky Madam Maxwell’ was known to have driven when she was in London for her most recent visit to Prince Andrew and for the 2019 Cash & Rocket ‘charity’ rally.

Whilst Ghislaine Maxwell quite deservedly won’t be riding quite so nicely again anytime soon, it seems Cash & Rocket think they can move on regardless on and forget about their links to a facilitator of female abuse. Founder Julie Brangstrup recently announced that her organisation is unbelievably going ahead with another glitzy car tour in 2021.

53.4% of respondents to our Twitter poll do not believe Ghislaine Maxwell will be alive much longer.

The house to where the paedo procurer will not return – Ghislaine Maxwell bought 338 East Washington Road, Bradford, New Hampshire, NH 03221 for £858,000 ($1.07 million) on 13th December 2019. It had been listed for £ million ($1.195 million) on 12th April that year and was marketed as a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 4,365 square foot “custom designed timber frame house” with 156 acres by Coldwell Banker Homes. The agents bizarrely lauded the “fabulous barn for square dances and hoedowns,” but it is doubtful that ‘Mucky Madam Maxwell’ had chance to hold any of those during her tenure at the house quaintly known as ‘Tuckedaway.’
Totally Tuckedaway – A video of the house illustrates how secluded the estate truly is and this is plainly why Miss Maxwell chose it.

Amongst those that partied with Ghislaine Maxwell during the last Cash & Rocket rally were Paris Hilton and ‘Queen of #JustSaying’ Caroline Stanbury. ‘The Steeple Times’ snapped the duo at a launch event for that ‘charity’ car tour at Bibendum on London’s Fulham Road on the evening of 6th June 2019.

A 1-minute “trailer” video about Cash & Rocket describes it as being about “women making change.” Founder Julie Brangstrup unsurprisingly decided not to include their 2019 participant and multiple women enslaver Ghislaine Maxwell in this marketing material.

Made In Deception – Gulbenkian and Philbrick

As art fraudster Inigo Philbrick is arrested and dragged onto a private plane by the FBI, his on-off lover ‘Made in Chelsea’s’ Victoria Baker Harber shows no sympathy for victims; meanwhile fellow art conwoman Angela Gulbenkian has been deservedly detained in Lisbon

    • ‘Mini Madoff’ Inigo Philbrick, ex-Jay Jopling employee and on-off squeeze of gobby ‘Made in Chelsea’ participant Victoria Baker Harber, snared in Vanuatu, Oceania last Friday.
    • Philbrick had bizarrely spent his time as a fugitive from justice petting “abandoned” dogs.
    • Fellow socialite and art fraudster Angela Gulbenkian, whose victims include Chelsea based interior designers Percy Bass, snared on the same day in Lisbon.
    • She traded on her loose connections to one of the richest families in the world, the Gulbenkians. Connected foundations and museums consistently have denied any association with the German born crook.
    • The two con artists are unconnected in terms of their nefarious activities and victims named thus far, but their paths may likely have crossed given the social circles they operated in and around.

‘The Talented Mr Philbrick’ was how one art newspaper somewhat cornily lauded Inigo Philbrick in the wake of this dastardly double dealer being exposed as a Madoff of the art world. He was snared in Vanuatu in Oceania last Friday whilst on Tuesday in Lisbon, fellow trader-on-a-well-known-name Angela Gulbenkian was taken into “preventative detention” to be extradited back to the UK.

Speaking to The Steeple Times on Friday, Jane Morris, managing director of acclaimed Walton Street interior designers Percy Bass remarked:

“Angela Gulbenkian came to Percy Bass to get her flat decorated. We did the work, but never got paid. She forged a bank transfer note pretending to be part of the Gulbenkian Foundation. Percy Bass had a judgment against her, but she fled abroad.”

Now, in addition and facing charges relating to a £1.1 million ($1.4 million, €1.2 million or درهم5 million) Kusama pumpkin sculpture and a £115,000 ($142,000, €127,000 or درهم522,000) Warhol print of Queen Elizabeth II and the theft of £50,000 ($62,000, €55,000 or درهم227,000) from a woman named Jacqui Ball, 38-year-old socialite Gulbenkian is ludicrously still claiming to be an “art collector” and linked to what she lists as the “Gulbenkian Private Art Collection” on Instagram. She is, in fact, even by her own admission, the owner of “just three works of art” and the daughter of an optometrist from Munich, Germany.

Angela Ischwang (as this shameless swindler was born) supposedly moved to London in the early 2000s to study politics. She subsequently met and married Duarte Gulbenkian, the great-grand nephew of the one-time richest man in the world Calouste Gulbenkian, and went into the art business in around 2016.

Listing herself as someone who “brokers high end arts works” through “valuable contacts,” this crooked conwoman – whose suggestions of links to the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation have been firmly denied by the trustees of those organisations – Gulbenkian is surprisingly linked to only one dissolved company, Doctor Duve Medical Skin Care Ltd. of Southwark Bridge Road, SE1.

Charged in relation to the Kusama pumpkin sculpture and the money stolen from Ball in May last year, Angela Gulbenkian was released on unconditional bail in September 2019 after appearing at Southwark Crown Court. She then failed to appear in May 2020 and a European Arrest Warrant was issued for her arrest. Now, ‘Awful Ange’ – as an embarrassed former friend told us she now calls her – will be rightly returned to face her comeuppance and this time she’ll be unlikely to get bail.

Philbrick meanwhile – who was until recently subject to ‘Where’s Wally?’ like speculation since having disappeared off the face of the planet after last being seen with his brash Made In Chelsea motormouth on-off lover Victoria Baker Harber in Australia in late 2019 – was found last Friday in Port Vila, Vanuata, an island nation in the South Pacific.

“Grabbed” by a mix of uniformed and ununiformed cops, the “startled” 33-year-old crook and estranged son of museum director Harry Philbrick – was “hustled” into a police car and taken to the local airport reported Artnet News on Wednesday. “A large Gulfstream jet was waiting on the tarmac” and this, “under instructions from the FBI,” flew him to New York.

Facing allegations of theft, misappropriation, borrowing money against artworks he did not even own and selling overlapping shares of artworks, Ponzi-like pillock Philbrick had supposedly been hiding out in a “house of an expat who died in a tragic accident.” Bizarrely, he had been busying his days helping “abandoned” dogs and of him one local remarked: “He was always calling me about an animal he found.”

Now in chains for his crimes against amongst others the Reuben family, Philbrick faces not only a real-life trial but also further exposure in the media. One-time friend, but ultimately a victim of the shameless scammer, art writer, curator and dealer Kenny Schachter this week wrote:

“I have no doubt that Inigo will capitalize on our collective financial misfortune and turn it into a multimedia bonanza for himself. As far as my own movie and documentary projects, for which deals will be announced shortly, all I want and/or expect is that they make good on part of the money Inigo took from me.”

Meanwhile last Sunday, dippy dope Victoria Baker Harber showed no regret for her association with Philbrick – a man who ferried her around in a private jet at the expense of others – in retweeting an attack on Schachter by someone named ‘Koogs’ on Twitter on 14th June. They opined: “Who quotes themselves?? Get over it! Your wife is a billionaire! Are you crying about cash or cock?”

Though at around £16.2 million ($20 million, €17.9 million or درهم73.5 million) Inigo Philbrick’s total scam is far bigger than Angela Gulbenkian’s, the effects are the same for the victims of these high society crooks: May the authorities now chuck the book at this rotten pair of ratbags.

Pictured top – Con artist Angela Gulbenkian appeared at Southwark Crown Court in September 2019 “in a blue dress decorated with silver stars and black Christian Louboutin high heels” according to ‘Metro’ (right); art fraudster Inigo Philbrick poses looking startled as television screen loving terror Victoria Baker Harber attempts to look sexually provocative.

    No Sun For Assange

Julian Assange should be arrested the minute he leaves the Ecuadorian Embassy suggests Matthew Steeples

Julian Assange is a menace. There’s no doubt about that. This pest sought to evade justice in Britain by holing up in the Embassy of Ecuador in London in the summer of 2012 and that he’s been there ever since is just an outrage.

Some support Assange on the basis that they believe WikiLeaks, the media organistion he founded in 2006, has acted “courageously” and “resisted censorship,” but I’d argue otherwise. Assange allies himself with some of the scummiest people on the planet, aided the election of Donald Trump and colluded with Russia. WikiLeaks is an inadequate and deviant operation and one run by a man whose own moral compass is as warped as a banana on steroids.

Now, with news that Ecuador have finally had enough of Assange – he’s allegedly rather smelly for a start – and are planning to kick him out, it is time that this hypocritical ratbag faced justice in Britain. I am not going to argue the point of whether or not he should be sent to America, but Assange must pay for the crime of bail skipping in Britain.

  • Crackpot Cassandra meets AWOL Assange

    Crackpot Cassandra meets AWOL Assange

Julian Assange achieves a new low by hanging out with a whack job Trump supporter who previously supported Black Lives Matters and Bernie Sanders

Julian Assange’s pathetically small ragbag of supporters are once again bleating and this time that bleating comes from the mouth of a most confused young lady.

In an article for The Gateway Pundit – a little known hotchpotch rant sheet that cites itself as being “Where Hope Finally Made a Comeback” and a publication that claims: “We report the truth – and leave the Russia-Collusion fairy tale to the Conspiracy media” – a Donald Trump supporting “political activist” named Cassandra Fairbanks claimed Assange’s living conditions are “more akin to [a] Stasi-era dissident than an award-winning publisher with asylum.”

“Social media star” Fairbanks – whose favourite quote is said to be “Build the Wall” in spite of her previously being a backer of Bernie Sanders – is, in fact, just like Assange in several regards: This queen of contradictions is a bit of self-promoting, self-obsessed sort and she plainly craves constant attention.

On Twitter, this Silver Springs, Maryland based former liberal tells her 156,000 followers that the “Federal court says ‘I trolled the web through Twitter’” and that she is “an information terrorist according to Wired.” She previously was said to be “distinguished for her liberal campaigns” but has now wholeheartedly U-turned and become a fully-fledged Trumpette.

In spite of helping to organise the ‘DeploraBall’ to celebrate the inauguration of Donald Trump in 2017, Fairbanks has also been involved with the “hacktivist” group Anonymous and once came out in support of immigrants by saying: “Why should an invisible line created by some [politicians] dictate where we can and cannot go? If I want to go to the beach at 11pm I should be able to. If I feel like rowing a boat to Australia, why can’t I just go?”

Wally of the Week – Russian born Max Hammet-Millay has benefitted from all the privileges of being welcomed to Britain; he now wants to pull up the drawbridge. This private school educated adopted Russian brat called Anna Soubry MP a “Nazi” and a “traitor” on 7th January 2019.
Cassandra Fairbanks at the White House

Previously a reporter for the Russian state funded news agency Sputnik News and also at one-time a supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement, Fairbanks lost a defamation suit in June 2018 against a former Fusion journalist, Emma Roller. Fairbanks had claimed Roller “maliciously” retweeted an image of her allegedly giving a white power hand gesture.

In her article for The Gateway Pundit, published Thursday after Fairbanks having visited Assange at the Embassy of Ecuador in Knightsbridge the previous Monday, the self-proclaimed “grassroots journalist” claimed his hosts were imposing “draconian” conditions on the bail dodger and keeping him in something “like a scene from the Stasi spy drama The Lives of Others.”

Refusing to acknowledge that Julian Assange chose his very own path is one thing, but that Fairbanks moaned about his hosts being “spies… even noting his general mood” is another. She refers to the Ecuadorians as “menacing” and “shadowy state actor[s]” and their embassy as like a “federal penitentiary.” In doing so, this plainly delusional woman ignores the most important fact: Nobody is forcing Julian Assange to remain holed up with people she views to be baddies. He could end this farce and he could finally do the decent thing: It is time for Julian Assange to surrender himself to the British police.

    Martin Gets Madder

Convicted former pharmaceuticals executive Martin Shkreli offers a bounty for Hillary Clinton’s hair and threatens to smash up a £1.5 million work by the Wu-Tang Clan

Martin Shkreli is getting madder and madder. Convicted of securities fraud in August and awaiting sentencing, the troubled former drug company executive took to Facebook on 4th September to offer a bounty of £3,800 ($5,000, €4,200 or درهم18,400) per lock of Hillary Clinton’s hair obtained and is also attempting to auction or destroy the one and only copy of a Wu-Tang Clan album on eBay for £1.5 million ($2 million, €1.7 million or درهم7.3 million).

After 324 bids, the Wu-Tang Clan’s Once Upon A Time In Shaolin album – which Shkreli purchased, he claims, “as a gift to the Wu-Tang Clan for their tremendous musical output. Instead I received scorn from at least one of their (least-intelligent) members, and the world at large failed to see my purpose of putting a serious value behind music” – has already reached a price of just over £759,000 ($1 million, €832,000 or درهم3.7 million).

Accompanying the eBay listing, Shkreli brashly adds:

“At any time I may cancel this sale and I may even break this album in frustration. I will donate half of the sale proceeds to medical research. I am not selling to raise cash–my companies and I have record amounts of cash on hand. I hope someone with a bigger heart for music can be found for this one-of-a-kind piece and makes it available for the world to hear.”

Both the Wu-Tang Clan and Hillary Clinton stunts may backfire. Last Thursday, prosecutors told a court in New York: “[Shkreli is engaged in a] pattern of threats and harassment” and sought for his bail to be revoked. In response, Benjamin Brafman for Shkreli, commented:

“We take the matter seriously and intend to address the issue responsibly… However inappropriate some of Mr Shkreli’s postings may have been, we do not believe that he intended harm and do not believe that he poses a danger to the community.”

Other assets in the multi-millionaire’s possession are said to include a Picasso and an original ‘Enigma’ machine from the Second World War. We jolly well hope he doesn’t threaten to smash them up too.

Gold wrapped van advertising “elite” dogs parks opposite the Ecuadorian Embassy ‘home’ of bail skipper Julian Assange

The silly season has come early in Knightsbridge: Sighted Sunday evening and parked, rather appropriately, opposite the Embassy of Ecuador ‘home’ of the fugitive bail skipper Julian Assange, was a gold wrapped van advertising protection and guard dogs for sale.

A visit to the website of Elite Protection Dogs London is a revelation. The “superdogs” offered by the firm are described as having “elite genes”, “military bloodlines” and the “highest IQs”. They are marketed as costing in the staggering range of £10,000 to £20,000 ($13,000 to $26,000, €11,000 to €22,000 or درهم48,000 to درهم96,000) and take up to six months to train.

A YouTube video – which bizarrely illustrates the “spa service” for the dogs concerned – follows. They are described as “intelligent warriors” and pictured “perfecting their biting skills” even.
