There are estate agents and then there’s Foxtons. Not content with charging a landlord client £616 to change a lightbulb and not ashamed to market a squalid flat close to London’s most polluted road as “gorgeous”, this shameless estate agency chain has now installed spikes to prevent homeless people sitting on the ledges of their Holborn offices.

Back in 2005, the public reveled when a Foxtons Mini was trashed and dumped in a field in Dorset but now this lacking in moral compass firm has truly bitten off more than it can chew. Facing a potential legal bill of £42 million if all their landlords join he action against them, it’ll soon be time for Foxtons to do one last thing: Foxtrot Oscar.
