Meyer moves

17 Lincoln Street, London, SW3 2TP - Home of Sir Christopher and Lady Meyer

Sir Christopher and Lady Meyer put their Chelsea townhouse up for sale for £2.3 million more than was asked when they bought it in 2013 – The catch? It’s next door to a kebab shop

London property prices have certainly gone up since 2013, but the “red-socked fop” former British ambassador to Washington Sir Christopher Meyer and his “Chanel-clad” wife, Catherine, are either onto something or rather greedy in asking some £2.3 million more than the £2.65 million that was asked for 17 Lincoln Street in Chelsea when they purchased it that year.

Sir Christopher and Lady Meyer have put 17 Lincoln Street, London, SW3 2TP on the market for 23 million more than they paid for it in April 2013

Though the couple have modernised the 1,921 square foot, Grade II listed property, the £4.95 million asking price sought for a two to three bedroom house next to a kebab shop seems rather steep. W.A. Ellis act as selling agents for this especially delightful duo.
