The Rib Room dedicates a cocktail to Luis Suárez
Luis Suárez will go down in history for biting Giorgio Chiellini at the 2014 World Cup and in his honour Knightsbridge’s The Rib Room Bar & Restaurant have created a cocktail with a bite.
Named The Suarez, the drink combines vodka, beef bouillon, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of Tabasco. Priced at £16, the drink is described as having a “sharp taste” that promises to “provide more bite for buck than anything else off the football field”.
Of the drink, The Rib Room’s Michele Caggianese commented:
“As an Italian, I feel it’s time for Italy to bite back! Our feisty Suarez cocktail with its strong flavours has a real sting in its tail. Although this won’t make up for Gli Azzuri getting knocked out of the World Cup, it will provide a real kick to those who try it in The Rib Room Bar”.
